“Beautiful hotel. Tradition and old Washington charm surround you. Next to the White House. Built in 1918 there are so many beautiful details. Don’t miss the Famous round robin bar. Check in with seamless and the customer service was exceptional. The rooms are spotless and much of the staff has been here for generations. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Fantastic Location in the heart of historical Washington D.C. Our upgraded suite on the 3rd floor had a nice view of the Washington Monument from the living room part of the suite. The White House is within 600 feet of the front door of the hotel. Likewise, other major monuments are within walking distance. The Cafe Du Parc and Round Robin Bar had cold drinks and delicious small plates and entrees. The staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating. We travelled with 2 small children ( both under 3 ) and were welcomed by a family friendly environment. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and large marble shower with gold accents. 10/10 recommend for family travel looking to see/walk Washington D.C.”
