“No microwave in the rooms. Had to leave room @ night to heat up food in the game room. With a line. For a microwave that's not very good & takes a long time to heat up food. Just great with multiple variations of covid 19 going around. The hot tub doesn't work. We were told universal studios was across the street. It's a mile walk from the hotel.So. After a long 2 mile walk to & from universal studios. Couldn't relax in the hot tub. & Just to top it off. Our room smelled like cat & cat urine.What an incredible waste of time & money. These people don't care @ all. Having a robot give a generic response proves it”

“More tree than it was Hilton but it was still very enjoyable. A beautifully designed hotel to say the very least. I would of liked the rugs to be more pristine and my shower working properly but again everything else was on point. Customer service, check in, guest services-relations & room service was just great. Conveniently located and well priced for what it offers.”
