“We stayed there December 2020 and we had a blast! The beach is beautiful, crystal clear water and we spotted whales once from the beach! It’s awesome!
The food is really good and so the drinks! David from the lobby bar is amazing and Alessandro made sure to take good care of us as well! There’s a kind waiter at the Japanese restaurant that I don’t recall his name but staff is always helpful!
The room service is also included in the all-inclusive rate and it’s great to be able to get food even after the restaurants are closed.

“1) they had planned electric outages 3 days in a row for 4-6 hours each day during the hottest time of the day. No AC and no lights or fans. We were sweating so much!! 2) my son took their complimentary antigen COVID screening. He tested positive. His choices were stay in quarantine for ten days at the resort or take a pcr test at the hospital for $150 plus $50 for the taxi, wait 24-48 hours for the results. While waiting he must stay in quarantine in the hotel until the results come back. Obviously, He chose the second option. Quarantine was in the rooms that can’t be reached without a golf cart and they locked him in his room. We were unable to reach him. His test came back negative after all !!! He lost two days of vacation and $200 dollars.3) The servers, the house keeping and food buffets were good. That is the only one star they deserve.My advice to all do not take complimentary COVID screening at the hotel and don’t go when it is hot. They have too many power outages.”
