“Rooms are great. Location perfect for what we are doing in town. However, there was only one desk person when we arrived with our large group among several other large groups. There should have been Simone else helping at the front desk. We did visit the pool, and it was darn near impossible to figure out how to get out of the pool and back into the hotel as there were no clear instructions on how to open the gate and door. The concession area is quite expensive, but door dash is pretty easily accessible, and hotel workers are used to dealing with the additional traffic. From our room on the 7th floor was quite a good view of downtown Houston which I appreciate.”
