“As an IHG Gold Member a disappointing experience with Holiday Inn Hotel Paris Opera - Grands-Boulevards. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It has a very simple check-in counter. No lounge. I was not recognized as an IHG Gold Member during check-in. The room is neat, but simple. The breakfast is simple. The television set did not work. There was no connection. The coffee/tea facility was not cleaned and replenished every day. Water and coffee creamer was not always available.”
