“El hotel es muy lindo, el personal muy amable. Una noche hicimos una cena recorriendo el lago y fue muy romántico. Las habitaciones de lujo y lo mejor fue el pabellón, así podiamos comer sin que nos picaran los moscos y que no queadara la habitación oliendo a comida. Lo mejor de este hotel: es petfriendly. 😍Lo que no me gustó: 1- el agua de nuestra alberca estaba super sucia. La verdad ni queria bañarme ahí. Y no me parece ya que no es nada economica la estadia como para que le den un mantenimiento antes de que un huesped se hospede. 2-la comida super costosa y los postres del servicio al cuarto no eran los mejores. Aunque la pizza me encantó. 3- la playa no es de las mas lindas. Habia mucho sargazo y no estaba muy apta para bañarse. 4-en el servicio a la habitación siempre olvidaban algo en las comidas, ya sea el pan o salsas pero siempre faltaba algo.Ya habia ido al banyan de acapulco y pensé que el de cancún estaba mas lindo pero me quedo mil veces con el de acapulco.”
