Well maintained property. Excellent staff. Nice pool, though this is NOT a "resort" befitting a "resort fee." Outstanding housekeeping. Across a (busy) road from the beach. On the edge of downtown, not a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance. Big parking lot. Property does have a restaurant and bar. Food was reasonably priced, decent selection, ample portions, but a long wait for food to arrive. Nice bar set-up and friendly servers but note that the free drink vouchers were good only for the "drink of the day" and nothing else. All around, excellent value for the money.

We were in for a short trip and I got a good deal on points. I knew it would be a 'value' stay compared to other hotels and resorts on the island, however, they had some major issues which I did not expect with the Marriott brand. I'll start with the positives. The staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived about an hour early and while our room was not yet available, they were able to pre-check us in and were happy to watch our bags while we grabbed a bite and waited. Likewise, cleanliness was not an issue. We kept remarking how incredibly clean the hotel was as were the rooms. Considering sand is literally everywhere, that is no small feet. Now to the issues. Our biggest complaint was shower pressure, or should I say the lack of any shower pressure. Taking a shower felt like holding a hose over your head. Further, if you did not use your full body weight to 'shut' off the tub, a small flow of water would continue to drip. The hotel lost power, on several occasions, during our one-night stay. Weird considering there was no weather issues. I understand power losses happen, but still worth noting. Finally, there seemed to be an issue with the cable inside the rooms. I mean, if you turned on the TV, you'd get a message about some contract dispute and could not get any changes (see photo). Very weird. I mean you probably don't plan to watch much TV while here anyway, but we did want to catch the big NFL game and had to go down to the lobby as there were not many options.

Dirty rooms, electricity went out 2x over 6 days without notice, but they were also recovering from storms (notice would have been nice). None of the elevators worked consistently. Rooms were run down/dirty aside from changing the sheets and towels, which was done daily. Overall Hotel was extremely run down and no AC in lobby, bar/ breakfast areas. AC wall unit in room was so loud we couldn't sleep the first two days, and then saw it was so dirty, we were afraid to run it. Staff was the only thing that was a positive experience as well as the food at breakfast. Not at all the standard of a Marriott and worth 2k for 6 days during off season. Paid for a "ocean view" got 80% courtyard, as all the rooms face this, and trees all along the beach (not their fault). Would recommend maybe for a business trip, but not for vacation. Will not be returning.

No air conditioning throughout the hotel. Linens were worn did not fit the bed towels dingy and old. Travel staff At the front lobby set my family up for a scam A-day on the water just skiing in other events turned into my knees getting her leg gashed by the old ladder on the boat where she had to go to the emergency room which tried to scan us out of more money ending up having to call the girl that works for the hotel travel section and the guy who is afraid of hers to get our money back . No consistency of assistance when I call for towels 8 o'clock in the morning and again at 8 o'clock at night and did not get them to the next day.. Should be clean or carpets should be air conditioning they need to change the tub which was disgusting. Marriott has had a good reputation with me I've stayed in different hotels in different States and countries but this one gets gets a 1 and a thumbs down for me the period the bar restaurant staff was amazing though great personalities the food was OK.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable, and the pool was a delight to be in. The breakfast was delicious. Conveniently located, you could walk across the street and be at the beach. Great food and drinks are located a few steps away. The cruise terminal and downtown area are within walking distance too.

Bom hotel. É considerado e cobram preço de resort mas nao é. Quartos confortaveis, diaria nao inclui cafe da manha. Tem um restaurante que serve cafe da manha, mas os preços sao salgados. Melhor opçao para o cafe, Mc donalds ou Dunkin Donutos que fica a duas quadras do hotel. Hotel localizado em frente a praia, mas nao me senti seguro na orla a noite. Muito deserto e sem iluminacao. Durante o dia é tranquilo. Preço medio em baixa temporada 200.00 USD a diaria.

Hotel localizado em frente a praia, mas não recomendo sair a noite para andar pela orla, muito escura e deserta. Os quartos são confortáveis, mas não inclui café da manha; há um restaurante que serve o café da manha, mas os preços são salgados, vale a pena ir no Mc donalds que fica cerca de 2 quarteirões do hotel.

Uma praia bastante limitada e com poucos atrativos. O bonito mesmo é só a cor da água. Se você tiver a oportunidade, opte por outra praia, mesmo que mais distante, pois aqui só vale pelo mar e para acompanhar a passagem dos cruzeiros, nada mais.

Stayed at the Marriott Courtyard for 4 nights in mid summer. I didn't have great expectations, but the price and the quality of the room/service are completely detached. 1. The building itself looks very old and dated, some construction/maintenance was going on throughout my stay. 2. The reception was average at best and borderline annoying at times. 3. There was no AC in the lobby or the hallways, which made for a damp experience. The AC worked fine in the rooms. 4. The room itself was build with very low standards, as was the building in general. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't very clean either. I gotta give it to them, at least no cockroaches in the room. 5. The bathroom. Horrible construction of the tub/shower and the curtain. The cherry on top was not having hot water. Sometimes you have it in the morning, but after 11/12, the best you'd get was lukewarm water. That was incredibly frustrating. The rest of the room was okay. 6. The quality of the restaurant left a lot to be desired, and the service was very lazy. If you can choose another hotel, you'll probably have a better experience.

Minha experiência foi ótima no geral. Pessoal simpático e amigável. A única preocupação eram dois fios de cabelo encontrados de outra pessoa. Um na toalha e outro no sofá. Mesmo assim, nunca senti que o quarto não fosse devidamente limpo.

My experience was great overall. Nice and friendly staff. The only concern were two hairs found from someone else. One on the towel, and one on the couch. Even so, I never felt like the room was not cleaned properly.

A equipe foi tão simpática e acolhedora. Bastante incomum. O quarto estava bem-condicionado com um mini-split facilmente controlado. O resto do hotel não era, o que o tornava um pouco desconfortável. Realmente não há restaurante lá. Você caminha até uma área semelhante a um bar e faz um pedido. Está tudo para viagem, mas a comida está boa, especialmente se estiver muito úmido para caminhar até um dos restaurantes locais que também não têm ar-condicionado. A piscina tem assentos bastante confortáveis, bem como alguma sombra. Uma vez que não paguei nada para ficar aqui, eu recomendaria definitivamente.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Quite unusual. Room was well-air conditioned with an easily controlled mini-split. The rest of the hotel was not, which made it a bit uncomfortable. There really isn’t a restaurant there. You walk up to a bar-like area and place an order. Everything is to-go but the food is okay—especially if it’s too humid out there to walk to one of the local restaurants which would not be air-conditioned either. The pool has fairly comfortable seating as well as some shade. Since I paid nothing to stay here I would definitely recommend.

Excelente hotel superó mis expectativas, las instalaciones nuevas todo muy cuidado, habitaciones grandes y con balcón, pileta divina, impecable en limpieza y mantenimiento, te dan dos tragos free por día, resto muy económico para comer. Lo único q tengo q decir como algo no tan Bueno es que queda en una zona no muy linda de nassau ya que si bien es cerca del centro y de todos los comercios, las mejores playas, el atlantis y las zonas top de nassau queda muy alejado

Hotel muy básico. Funcionó bien para unos días de trabajo pero no me hospedaría aquí de vacaciones con familia, la piscina es pequeña. El desayuno es muy básico. Sin embargo la ubicación es muy buena y está totalmente renovado.
