“The hotel was very clean and cozy but it was the staff that really made our stay great. Renee at the front desk checked us in, she was very friendly and professional. There was an issue with our first room so she moved us to another one; my friend forgot one of his valuables in the first room and miss Renee helped us to retrieve it. We were so relieved. The following day, Tina at the front desk went out of her way to assist me in printing out some important paperwork, she always greeted us with a smile and told us to let her know if ever we needed anything. Geraldine in the kitchen made sure that breakfast was well stocked and that the tables were always clean. The day we checked out, Larry was manning the dining area. The food was also really good and I would like to recognize how welcoming and friendly he is with the guests, especially the kids. He made sure everything was spic and span, and the guests well taken cared of. Thank you, everyone! O hotel era muito limpo e aconchegante, mas foi a equipe que realmente fez a nossa estadia ótima. “I stayed in this location for an extended period of time.I did not have one bad experience.The staff were amazing and went well beyond their normal duties on several occasions.Friendly, courteous.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into town.An added bonus is the great variety of restaurants in the area.If you can think of a cuisine there is a restaurant within a few miles for you to visit.
