“For starters the hotel is beyond beautiful! Some things I didn't like though were the fact that there's no food here at the hotel at all ! No restaurant, no room service, no microwaves in the room or anywhere in the building, no refrigerator! These are normal things that hotels should have but this one didn't . So the only thing you're paying for is the nice look of the hotel. On a brighter note the staff here is phenomenal and the rooms are beautiful! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you don't mind not having any food, room service, microwaves, refrigerator or complimentary waters.”

“We had our wedding scheduled with Hotel Alessandra this past April and unfortunately had to postpone due to the pandemic. While I can’t comment on our wedding itself yet, I can absolutely comment on the level of service we received up to that point. Hotel Alessandra has been wonderfully accommodating with tours, bridal portraits, and menu options. We have not encountered service that was anything less than impeccable from the valet stand, wait staff, front desk, and management. During the stressful time of the pandemic, rescheduling our wedding has been the easiest part. I am so happy we’ve chosen Hotel Alessandra as our wedding venue and can’t wait to celebrate with them in the fall.”
