Muy bien ubicado llegamos fácil y rápido al duomo caminando , teníamos un parque y una estación de metro muy cerca, el desayuno estuvo muy bien, es pet friendly! Las habitaciones están limpias y confortables.

Bem localizado, porém o quarto é pequeno. Pedimos um quarto triplo e não foi legal. Mas é limpo e mantém todos os cuidados sanitários contra a Covid.

Singing Dutchmen on the terrace of the hotel after midnight one night, loud out laughing and shouting drunk people the other night and no personel intervening! Further on, it took 45 minutes to check in… Besides, clean, comfortable room, good beds.

There is a long queue for checking in during the weekends. Expect even half an hour. The place seems understaffed. You get a bed and a good, but kind of crowded, breakfast. No refrigerator in the room. The bar is open 24h. The views are not the best, and it may not be the good place if you are looking for a quiet sleep. Try to help the employees as you can, by doing everything in advance online and having your documents in order and ready. Oh, and there is a guitar in the hallway for you to play if you like.

Situated excellent in Milan. Serviced Food stations to get breakfast. No buffet. Small selection, dry bread, and stressed/irritated personel. Noisy old tram-lines passing by.

Quarto asseado, pequeno mas o suficiente para passar a noite. Peca por não ter tomadas suficientes, o que, para um casal, torna-se difícil carregar os 2 telemóveis e ver TV. Fora isso, a cama é muito confortável e o pequeno almoço delicioso. Recomendo.

El hotel está muy bien situado. Cerca de la estación central y a pocos minutos del centro. La recepcionista a la llegada nos pidió prueba de antígenos cuando en ningún momento nos lo habían dicho. En ese momento tuvimos que ir a realizarnos en una farmacia por lo que el check-in fue lento. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. Suficiente para pasar la noche cómodamente. La calefacción es centralizada por lo que si tienes mucho calor durante la noche no puedes hacer nada. Nosotros no encontramos enchufes cerca de la cama pero habían en otros lugares para cargar los aparato electrónicos. Por lo demás el hotel es muy limpio y agradable.

La relación calidad precio está bien. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero están limpias. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es cómodo para moverse por la ciudad Es una buena elección para visitar la ciudad

It was alright! The staff could have been better. The wifi was not working at all in the room. I had to change the room but still it was not working. Also I had to go to work quite early, I have ask the staff if I could go and have breakfast 5 minutes earlier that they opened and they said no. A bit uncomfortable to be honest.

Classical budget hotel that is worth 3 stars. It's not really disappointing but overall for this money you would like something more for example air condition in the room that works because it was very stuffy inside the room and you need to have the window open 24/7 and we were in March so I can't imagine how terrible it can be in the summer. There are two elevators, one of the was broken and it was really hard to get to the higher floors with the queues. Breakfast are not really good, you need to wait in a long line to get pancakes or scrambled eggs. Service stuff is really good and pleasant but its the best from this hotel. Rooms were clean but really small.

Hotel 3 estrellas con apariencia y servicio de 4 estrellas. Lo mejor de todo su ubicación, tranvía Justo al lado, muy cerca de la estaciones de metro Reppublica y Pta. Venezia. Vida nocturna muy variada y movida a muy pocos metros. En general esta cadena de hoteles no defraudan, son siempre buena opción en relación calidad-precio. Solo un ligero problema al Check Out, me bloquearon la llave de la habitación 30 minutos antes de la hora límite, pero lo resolvieron rápido para que pudiera sacar mis maletas

Buena ubicación, lugar limpio, habitaciones pequeñas y el desayuno no está mal. En recepción todo correcto y sin problemas. Lo que no me gusto es que en el desayuno no podíamos juntar las mesas, ya que íbamos 6 personas y nos tocaba desayunar por separado. El precio está acorde con las instalaciones.

Stayed there for 2 nights including New Year's Eve (December 31st and January 1st), the room, elevator and hallways smelled weed. The staff extremely unpleasant and not helpful. You would expect different treatment from the receptionists. We had a car and they charged us parking 25 euros per night!! Extremely expensive where you can find free parking outside of the hotel. The room is below average. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. I do not recommend this place.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación. Está en el punto medio entre el Duomo y la estación de tren. Me falta que incluyan el desayuno, porque lo tienes que pagar aparte y que la habitación y el baño sean más amplios. El baño es similar a los baños de un camarote.

Second time staying at this hotel and was slightly let down by the fact that the room ( booked exactly the same as previous time ) was tiny and cramped. Not enough electricity outlets to plug in electronic devices. Bathroom needs maintenance and during showering water turns scalding hot or cold for no reason. Had barely enough light in room due to 2 lightbulbs not working and when staff was contacted nothing was done. Giving 3 stars for the pleasant and friendly staff and room cleanliness, although i had clothes which collected the dust on the top shelf of the wardrobe when i placed them there. All in all, i would say great location but overpriced.

Trato del personal perfecto. Ubicación buena. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, no hay enchufes en las mesillas de noche.. Presión de la manguera de la ducha pésima y el agua caliente tardaba bastante en salir.. El wiffi en las habitaciones de las esquinas no llega bien, dpor lo que tuvimos bastantes problemas de conexión..

Excelente hotel! Ótima localização, moderno, quartos e estrutura muito nova , área de bar completa, perto de um parque para corridas e caminhadas matinais, perto da Milano Centrale. Recomendo fortemente

Visited here for a weekend in Milan. First impressions were poor - a lovely lobby area however it was ruined by the queue out the door for check in, only two people on to tend to all the guests...

We arrived at 11pm and had a swift check in, room had everything we needed in it for our one night stay. Went down to the bar and managed to order freshly made food at 11.30 which we were pleased...
