“Quality is very unequal!!
Great rooms but very bad pool food, with even a single bruschetta for 20 Euros..!
Still great cocktails at the bar (not pool) and excellent food at L'Orangeraie restaurant.
Service is sometimes excellent and sometimes they just don't care about delivering but still ask you 20 times per minute if everything is fine.. which it is not!
And sometimes they give you wrong info on late check-out and show you the customer waiting for your room, telling you its your fault.
Massage is great but is very borderline in terms of "is it getting a bit pro here?!" when you are touched in the wrong places..
But the hotel is nice and service can be nice as well.. unequal!”

“This place really understands the human body and pressure points. And there really is nothing better than someone that listens to what you came in for and works on it. The wonderful lady "Mouna" at the Spa was able to quickly ascertain what was causing the pain and gives me tailored massage to exactly what I wanted. She was warm, caring, professional, talented and knowledgeable. Amazing with Magic hands! The BEST Massage ever I enjoyed during my stay . Great staff Keep up the good.”
