El lugar sencillo pero es lo que uno necesita, camas cómodas, buen servicio, buen trato, un lugar muy céntrico, con restaurantes cerca, linea de metro muy cerca y supermercados. Agradecemos mucho a los que trabajan en el hotel, desde recepción hasta los que hacen el aseo, fueron muy atentos. Recomendado y volvería a hospedarme. Un precio justo por lo que se ofrece. Pura vida desde Cosa Rica.

Mi estancia fue amena. Es cómodo, limpio y seguro, también sencillo pero bonito y agradable. En precio me pareció bien. Está en buena ubicación, con varios locales cerca, 7eleven, alitas, Sanborns, etc. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí, me gustó.

No AC units. The sun in the morning was too hot to deal with. No mini fridges. Hotel staff would take to long to give us towels.

El administrador del turno nocturno es pésimo, atiende con unos ojos que demuestranfastidio.En el cuarto no tenían todos los artículos mínimos para higiene, salimos a las 8 al y cuando regresamos 10am ya no teníamos las toallas que hasta ese momento seguían limpias, se tuvo que marcar de nuevo a recepción.Para colmo se pusieron a aspirar los pasillos a las 6am

Muy bonito hotel,pero el agua no sale caliente y no hay aire acondicionado y el baño estaba taqueado y las habitaciones y las habitaciones son muy sucias no las limpian bien.

La Ubicación es inigualable, todo está cerca, metro, lugares icónicos, y el Centro Histórico a 2 pasos. Me encanta el lugar, es sencillo pero cumple con su cometido, una buena cama para dormir por la noche y con suerte podrás admirar la Alameda y su interminable actividad.... Recomendado!! ☺️

Para una estancia rápida esta bien. Pero se escucha mucho el ruido en las habitaciones, el wifi no llega hasta la cama. El recepcionista del turno del día tiene pésima actitud. Podrían mejorar.

BAD! The rooms have no AC or HEAT so you can expect it to be hot or cold depending on the season. I had to call reception every time i had to shower so they would turn the water heater on. The WiFi does not work, most of the time it has 1 mgb of speed. I was forced to stay here since i was told i would not be refunded or compensated for the below standard services.

Wish I could rate them zero star. The receptionist who refused to help me because I had written a wrong date for check in and said the manager was unavailable when I asked to speak to him. Then after contacting booking.com the manager suddenly appeared _ he was nice and helped with the situation. But the sewage smell is so unbearable to sleep, plus no laundry service or breakfast. Only good this is the view

Una excelente vista , me gustó precio económico y tiene lo que se necesita solo que no cuentan con mini split o clima frío ,me tocó estar en días calurosos y es incómodo pero me pude refrescar en la tina que tmbn es un plus para este hotel

Es buen lugar con una vista bastante bueno y económico, pero si le hace falta un poco más higiene y servicio. Cuidado con la llaves de las habitaciones son muy frágiles se rompen muy fácilmente y la reposición son 150 pesos.

Omg! The place is so dark. The staff are not friendly. They don't speak and understand English. They can't even say hi. The place smells like sewage. They can't even provide a plastic cups.For the price that you're willing to pay, go somewhere else not worth it. Don't stay here...

If you are a person that likes clean rooms like me, do not stay here. I ended up with bed bug bites and the group that was with me also had bites around their bodies. There is no A.C. in the rooms and we had to sleep with the window open and had a very hard time sleeping due to city noise. Beds were firm. View was amazing but I would not stay here again.

I’m pretty surprised by the awesome reviews. The main good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s really centrally located and it’s in an area that feels pretty safe. That being said, this hotel is not for someone who wants to spend any time relaxing in their room. It’s useful mostly for showering and sleeping at night. First, there doesn’t seem to be any AC or heater, as there are no air vents or thermometer. Also, it’s next to a busy street where you can expect to hear honking constantly during the day and early evening (mostly during the weekdays, but a bit on weekends), as well as cars accelerating and other random street noises (the walls are paper thin). If you stay here, make sure to check whether your sheets have been changed, as we found some makeup residue that wasn’t ours when we first got in. The window curtains had a few weird stains and the shower curtain is really thin. Also, the hotel doesn’t provide toothpaste or conditioner, so prepare accordingly. This hotel worked ok for us because we were barely in the room. But we wouldn’t stay here again.

A good and relative cheap hotel if you want to stay in the heart of Mexico city. Just a few walking minutes away from the Alameda Central park. Rooms are ok but i usually found that AC sockets didn't work. So charging phones or computers where a little bit of a pain

Sort of ok for a place to crash. Nothing fancy. Its not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 or 2.5 star hotel.Front desk staff is very nice. Door has a flimsy lock the type that slides and no lock on door knob. Dont walk barefooted on carpet, it looks like it needs to be cleaned. The rooms are big and we had a king size bed and a twin. No refrigerator. Free Wi-fi works good.
