Bom atendimento. Algumas vezes não funcionava a água quente do banheiro e falta papel higiênico. As tomadas são folgadas e não tem tomada individual nas camas, tampouco nas áreas sociais.

Quartos limpos todos os dias, cama larga e confortável, café da manhã ótimo, funcionários simpáticos. A única coisa ruim, é que o piso dos quartos são de madeira, então faz muito barulho.

Ótimo ambiente, ótimo atendimento, ótimo preço e excelente localização: do lado da praca de armas. Único contra é o sinal de wifi nos quartos; nesse momento estou escrevendo esse comentário na área comum do hostel (muito aconchegante por sinal).

O hostel fica numa rua de baladas, a meia quadra da Plaza de Armas. A rua tem muito movimento à noite (mesmo assim, é seguro), e é meio decadente de dia. De dia não é possível chegar até ele de carro, então você terá que subir meia quadra com suas malas. O atendimento é excepcional, muito atencioso. O quarto que ficamos é no térreo. É grande e muito bonito, mas dá pra ver que foi adaptado. O banheiro foi construído meio de qualquer jeito. O hostel é também um café, então, caso você fique neste mesmo quarto, haverá pessoas conversando e som ambiente na sua janela até umas 22h. Nos quartos superiores, isso não acontece. O café da manhã é no padrão de um café, não de hotel (eles vêm servindo você, não é um buffet). Importante: caso você vá chegar depois das 23 h, leve consigo o telefone do hotel, porque eles fecham a porta por segurança e não tem campainha (eu não sabia, não levei e demorou até me escutarem batendo na porta).

O local élegal e estámuito bem localizado bem na praça de armas, porém algumas questões me incomodaram durante minha estadia de 5 dias. Os quartos e corredores sãomuito escuros e os interruptores dos banheiros são estranhos, nunca acendem o banheiro correto, ademais a águaquente falha muito e se divide em niveis congelantes a nivel queimadura de terceiro grau, em apenas um banho. As tomadas estão em um padrãodiferente do brasileiro com a abertura maior que a brasileira o que deixa o carregador muito frouxo impossibilitando o carregamento de dispositivos eletrônicos, você terá de ter sorte para ir à um quarto em que o bocal e mais fechado. Mesmo assim a equipe é muito atensiosa e o café da manhã é excelente.

Me pareció un lugar muy acogedor, limpio y ordenado. El personal de servicio muy amable siempre predispuestosen brindarte ayuda. Recomiendo hospedarse aquí cuando estén en cusco.

Fuimos a una habitación que no figura en las fotografías. Parece una cueva y hay mucha humedad. La tele no andaba xq el enchufe no andaba. Te cobran por cocinar $5 soles. El desayuno es muy cumplidor (café, jugo, pan, huevos, a veces fruta, manteca y mermelada) la ubicación es excelente (ojo si vas con valijas, la calle es en subida y empedrada) la ducha si no la abrir al 100% en algún punto se te pone fría. La chicas de recepción suuuper amables. El "Hostel" en si es muy lindo.

Cuarto compartido con cortinas 43.5 soles incluye desayuno toalla jabón champú. Desayuno jugo frutas café y dos panes. Calefacción y agua caliente para hierbas ilimitado. El baño compartido se ensucia rapido. Lo que le falta es mejorar su wifi ypoder pagar con visa SIN recargo. Mucha amabilidad, puedes dejar la maletas.

La atención muy buena de la chicas y muy mala de un chico que me subió el precio una vez que ya había reservado. El agua no salía bien caliente. No tiene cocina para uso de los huéspedes, sí tiene servicio de buffet. La habitación muy cómoda. La ubicación bárbara.

Very disappointed!! My bus arrived 1h30 earlier than it should have so I arrived at the hostel at 5.30 am. They opened but when I asked them if I could wait a couple of hours there (waiting for the day to begin and the shops and restaurants to open) they said a straight NO. I asked them if they knew anything open at that hour and I had another straight NO.. they haven't even tried to help me... I could have understood if the reception was closed but it wasn't!!! I have been to many other hostels and they all have let me stay as long as you have a reservation for the following night!! Some hostels let you use the bathroom, some let you have breakfast if they know the next day you'll leave before it starts... I was just asking to sit on their sofa for a couple of hours!!

Amazing Hostel, perfect for what we needed and ended up extending our stay from 1 night to 3 nights. Staff are very helpful, and location is a 2minute walk to main historic square :) we had a 3 person room(3single beds) and would highly recommend!!!

Clean, quiet and the breakfast is ok. It takes just some steps to get to the main square. The hot shower is not hot at all.

Seriously, I was very unhappy when I saw the 'private room' we booked... It was a dormitory on the last floor, no windows and very STINKY!!! We decided to be pay back and found another place. We lost couple of dollars with hostelworld politic cancellation. And spend time to find another place. And we finally found another place, much better, and cheaper. A real private room this time

Room was freezing, had to walk through a women's dorm to get to the private room which, as a man, was uncomfortable since I felt like I was invading their private space. Kitchen was only available to use 11-2 and 3-6pm, "king sized" bed was clearly two smaller mattress pushed together (could feel the seam down the center) and did I mention how cold the room was? There was no heating of any type available and it was uncomfortably cold the whole time. Staff was friendly and helpful even if most of them had 0 English which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

This place has great potential, but they're just not quite there yet. It can get cold at night and you don't have 100% chance to have a hot shower. It can be a noisy throughout the night so it's good to have earplugs. When I was there no soap to wash our hands was available. Otherwise the staff was nice, the price was good and the location was amazing! It's just by the main plaza and there's a few really good restaurants minutes away.
