Cuartos pequeños pero muy limpios! todo organizado. es un hotel viejo pero moderno. staff se merece 5 estrellas! increible gente trabajando muy bien! La recepcion podria trabajar mas fluido pero estan bien. Localizacion perfecta si corres por la ciudad y luego solo quieres domir. al lado de hotel hay unaz tarrazas espectaculares

Excelente serviço, quarto bom, mas um absurdo um dos elevadores não funcionarem, demorar 10 minutos esperando para cada viagem e não ter sido avisado antes ou ter um desconto

Hotel maravilhoso! Cama confortável, sistema de aquecimento eficiente e serviços muito bons. Fora que é perto de praticamente todas as atrações de Chicago. Outro ponto positivo é que é muito Perto do metrô, apenas 2 quadras, o que lhe dá acesso direto para o aeroporto por apenas 5$.

Local extremamente bem localizado, ao lado da Michigan Ave, próximo de tudo, cafeterias, lojas, parques e etc. Os quartos são limpos e o hotel é histórico!

Estou dando esta revisão de 5 estrelas com base na equipe fenomenal do Club Quarters on Wacker. Eu tive duas estadias de negócios de longo prazo neste local. Cada vez que a equipe foi acima e além para me ajudar. Eu estava passando por uma emergência de trabalho antes de uma grande apresentação e Pedro demorou para ajudar outros convidados a garantir que eu pudesse ter acesso a um computador e uma impressora. Eu também gostaria de gritar para Tony, que também foi muito útil durante minhas estadias de negócios. Embora os quartos não sejam grandes, o elevador é lento, a localização é maravilhosa e a equipe pode salvar o dia quando precisar. Obrigado equipe do Club Quarters por sempre ser maravilhoso.

I give all five of my stars to the STAR @ the front desk - RONNIE!! The morning I was checking in, I called ahead to ask about check-in time and if we could drop off bags. His response was so much more than informative - it was personable, he was FUN and so nice. When I arrived I wanted to be sure Ronnie was the Club Quarters representative I met & worked with. He was everything in person he had been on the phone and more. Simply the most wonderful personality, charisma and person with a smile and a hug to boot!! Club Quarters you have a real GEM - a DIAMOND!! DO everything in your power to hold on to him and make him happy - he in turn makes all of your guests feel special!!

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room didn't have a refrigerator, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. We were trying to check in for over 40 minutes, when we finally did our room door wouldn't open. We went to the desk and explained what was going on so they took us back up and tried. They couldn't get into the room and kept trying for about 10 minutes. We went back down and after an hour and a half we finally made it into a room. The elevator is extremely slow and one was shut down. It would take us about 10 minutes to get up to our room or down to leave. Overall just a really unpleasant experience. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

Check-in was super easy and the staff were accommodating towards our requests. Very close and within walking distance to many of Chicago’s top sights. Only downside would be the lack of on-site parking, but there are some reasonably priced garages nearby.

I'm giving this 5 star review based on the phenomenal staff at Club Quarters on Wacker. I have had two long term business stays at this location. Each time the staff have gone above and beyond to help me. I was experiencing a work emergency before a huge presentation and Pedro took time while helping other guests to make sure I could have access to a computer and printer. I'd also like to shout out to Tony who also has been very helpful during my business stays. Although the rooms are not big, the elevator is slow, the location is wonderful and the staff can save the day when you need it. Thank you Club Quarters staff for always being wonderful.

The room was great, it close to everything Chicago! It was an amazing stay and Ronnie made our stay even more welcoming. He has a personality that makes you feel like everyday is a great day! It was pleasure having him as one of the hotel staff! Ronnie if you see this, keep that light and don’t let anyone dim it! You’re awesome!

Ubicación inmejorable! El personal muy agradable. Eche de menos que me limpiaran la habitación , aunque no sé si es por regulaciones COVID que no lo hacen. De todas formas, lo recomiendo para alojarse en una visita a Chicago!

The staff are unbelievably kind and helpful, it is clear that they want the best for their guests. They were very responsive to support requests via text. The rooms are quite small but the price is amazing considering how close this is located to the Magnificent Mile. They also have a water dispenser and free bottles on every floor which was awesome for walking around the city and staying hydrated. There is no parking unfortunately. If I come back to Chicago I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else but here.

Bonito quarto. Limpo e uma localização perfeita no centro da cidade. Foi capaz de caminhar para muita comida e atrações nas proximidades. Adorei o check-in self-service. Ronnie na recepção foi incrível. Muito simpáticos e prestativos no nosso check-out. Guardamos nossas malas após o check-out enquanto passamos o dia na cidade. Recomendo ficar aqui.

Me he quedado mas de 4 veces en este hotel y siempre he tenido buenas experiencias. El personal del front desk es muy amable. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. Las habitaciones que tienen vistas al río valen muchísimo la pena, son unas vistas espectaculares aunque recomendaría que limpiaran los cristales para que la experiencia sea completa.

Nice room. Clean and a perfect location in downtown. Was able to walk to plenty of food and attractions near by. Loved the self service check in. Ronnie at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and helpful on our check out. Held our bags after checking out while we spent the day in the city. Would highly recommend to stay here.

The staff is amazing and super friendly. They were more than happy to accommodate a little room swapping since my wife was wishing for a larger bed. The location is fantastic and makes it easy to go for a run on the river walk, grab a quick breakfast, or walk up Michigan. Rates are reasonable for the area, would totally stay again.

No merece estar en la cadena Quarters. Habitaciones viejas, algo descuidadas, duchas sin presión y con cortinas,ventanas sucísimas, ayer personal del hotel nos despertó a la una y media de la mañana coj música en medio del pasillo. El precio es muy caro para la calidad del hotel. Lo reservé pensando que sería como el resto de hoteles pero no le llega a la altura.Destacar la buena atención de Ryan.

El hotel está bien ubicado,cerca del río,se puede ir caminando desde allí a cualquiera de las principales zonas de Chicago.La hora de checking es a partir de las 3, cuando llegué eran casi las 5 y tuve que esperar a que terminasen la habitación. Te piden una tarjeta como garantía,y de pronto te llega un SMS notificandote que te han cargado el precio de la habitación más 90 dolares "para imprevistos",de lo cual te informan cuando te acercas nuevamente al mostrador,no antes.La habitación está bien de tamaño,tiene hasta una pequeña cocina, una mesa con un para de sillas y un sofá.El problema empieza con el aire acondicionado,que parece el motor de un avión.Lo apagas y entonces te das cuenta que el aislamiento termico es penoso,así que hay que optar entre ruido o frío.El aislamiento acústico tampoco es destacable, sobre todo si tienes una torre de ventilación debajo de tu ventana.El remate ya es el olor permanente a comida en la habitación,y no precisamente por haber utilizado la cocina...
