“I just arrived to this hotel . The front doors were locked . But there’s a phone to call the front office to let them know your outside . So I dail 0 n Alexis think that was her name . Asked me for me last name I gave it to here then she couldn’t hear me so she asked for my confirmation # I didn’t have it on hand so she let me in . When I got in she immediately told me she was going to cancel my reservation becus she said I was being rude . I never been through this befor me my life . Im calming telling her I don’t have a attitude then she told me she would call the police if I don’t leave . I told her I just came all the way here n I’m going to sit here until my Uber comes. I told her to call her manager . I manger told me she will cancel my reservation but she let me sit n the lobby until my Uber arrived .. very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed. I never had a hampton do this to me .”
