“My booking was cancelled because of Covid and four months later I'm still waiting for a refund of my deposit. Every time you email you are just told a different (longer) timeline in which it will be processed. Appalling customer service.”

“I cancelled reservations on March 27th and have called and emailed Hilton and the hotel and I have yet to receive my 1200$ deposit. It has been almost 2 months and I have not heard from them and I am currently on hold for another 35 minutes. They need to take care of this so I do not have to be on hold once a week and get no where with their excuses of COVID-19 taking too long. 60 days is to long to refund money.”
