“We stayed there last night. When we returned from dinner at 9:30 PM, we discovered the AC was not working properly. Room was freezing at 66 degrees. I tried to call front desk, and the phone in the room did not work. So I used my cell phone. The front desk attendant very happily said, “I’ll send maintenance in a little while”...I asked how long that would be...he did not know. I told him I had to go to sleep soon. He did not seem to care. I turned off the AC and the room got hot during the night. Definitely not a good experience. But the worst part is, no one seemed to care. When I checked out this morning, the front desk lady said, “oh, I’ll get someone up there to fix it right away”. Well, $210 later, and a poor nights sleep, doesn’t really help much. I have a lot of options...next time it won’t be where there is customer “No” service.”

“We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and seemed like they enjoyed being here. Plus the room was amazingly clean! The cleaning staff must take a lot of pride in working here and it shows. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in. Also I never heard any noise from the hall or through the walls. Very quiet and a wonderful sleep.”
