Overall the staying experience was good. But, the lobby was hard to find and it was confuse because the signboard were not really obvious. Also, mostly 5 star hotel we stay does have have a good atmosphere not sure what was it but it smells good.

The hotel is astonishing! Rooms are nice! Service is good! And the location is so convenient! Right next to a mall that you can get everything from there. You won't regret staying there.

LOVE EVERY BITS OF IT. Room was clean, housekeeping was spot on. Infinity pool views was ridiculously awesome. Everything was really good! Thanks Mr Brian (front desk) manager who assisted us. Trust me, Mr Brian can help you with your demand(don’t over demand pls) - hotels got to survive too 😆!!

Best unblocked view. I stayed in Executive King. Strongly recommend to add in Club lounge access. Buffet breakfast is above average ( just no view from there). Location good, next to Ascent office and Paradigm Mall. 15min to 1Utama.

Was upgraded to a suite, it was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Bath room come with his and her sink, definitely a plus point. Bathtub with a view. Bed was comfortable as usual, they also provide a evening turn down service which is very considerate. Walk in closet also very well designed. Also thank you front desk for all the service and your hospitality, welcome to the Marriott family :)
