Simplesmente magnífico! Um verdadeiro 5 estrelas, com uma equipa de profissionais competentes, simpáticos e disponíveis. Mesmo durante a pandemia, conseguem um nível de serviço extraordinário e uma experiência mais do que satisfatória. A experiência gastronómica foi mais limitada, até porque optamos por fazer todas as refeições no hotel e vários estabelecimentos estavam encerrados. O destaque vai para "O Pescador" com excelentes opções e com variedade suficiente para uma semana. O pequeno almoço é mais internacional mas bastante completo. O quarto, que foi um upgrade, era bastante espaçoso, com varanda e um quarto de banho excepcional. Os produtos de higiene eram bastante bons e repostos diariamente. A limpeza diária não merece reparo. O exterior do hotel está bem cuidado e é, certamente, junto com a vista, um dos melhores espaços do Algarve.

Como complejo turístico, muy bien. Todo muy bien cuidado, con una ubicación y entorno envidiables y buena restauracion,aunque con un acceso a la playa un tanto difícil, pero... los precios no se ajustan a la oferta y categoría del hotel, siendo las habitaciones un tanto espartanas. Además, de cara a llegar al hotel en coche, la referencia GPS no es completamente adecuada, si se va al Hotel con coche propio.

My new favorite hotspot in Europe. Due to COVID-19, visiting our regular travel destinations, far and away, is out of the question. So we hopped to Portugal, The Algarve. 🤩 wow what a great destination and what a great hotel The Pine Cliffs is. Awesome location, great rooms, great staff, great restaurants, all is great about this place, I don’t have enough words to describe the relaxation this place brings. It’s a great home away from home when you need to relax and just be able to let go. But also it’s perfectly located to explore the surroundings of the Algarve. Head to the east or west, you’re perfectly situated to venture out. COVID-19 measure are great. Beach service and beds are great. We traveled as couple, no kids, perfect. Off season, highly recommended as its more quiet. Corda cafe, great food, great staff.

Excelente resort e sossegado. Tem muito jardim para disfrutar. Local perfeito para ir em família ou sozinho. O atendimento é excelente. É calmo e tem fácil acesso àpraia.

Local lindo, pessoal simpático. Mas muitos problemas na praia com atribuição dos toldos aos clientes. Gente conhecida, desde há muito anos, tem toldo sempre, os outros até com crianças pequenas não... Injusto porque pagam o mesmo. Tem que se organizar. Vi autenticas falta de educaçãode alguns clientes com os funcionáriosque distribuíremos toldos que estão a cumprir ordens ... Lamentável. Os restaurantes pic nic e o da praia, são um assalto as carteiras

I did a reservation at the hotel for suite with double bed. During check-in they told us they cannot guarantee availability of the bed's and they gave us a single bed room. Overall service is good. Too many kids...apart from that is good e comfortable

Es un resort que ofrece habitaciones de Hotel y villas de dos y tres dormitorios muy cómodo y agradable. En estos tiempos que lo que deseamos es tranquilidad, la ofrece. Muy preparado para el covid. Buenas piscinas y fácil acceso a la playa. Realmente espectacular. El personal muy profesional y amable.

El hotel, las instalaciones y el personal de 10, el Spa pequeño pero no le falta un detalle, hablamos de un resort de 5 estrellas por lo que por poner alguna queja, sería que tardan mucho en sentar a los clientes para desayunar, se forman colas importantes. La comida en los restaurantes, caras pero buenísimas.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, you sleep well from the first night.. big outdoor pool. Lift .. wasn’t too clean, found a cockroach inside the fridge! Ac inside the master suite was very low we’ve tried everything even the maintenance guy came but for 3 nights the room was not cool enough! While other rooms were perfect. The resident pool is very big and beautiful, They should have towels near the pool , it’s a few minutes walk , but when I come to an hotel to relax and chill I really didn’t enjoy the walk to get towel and give them back! Drive to the breakfast, but just call reception they send a car to pick u up and drop u back! Very friendly and helpful staff.Pool inside the hotel is very nice and deep Nice area of grass to chill Nice coffee shop near the pool Nice shops Nice cafe with yummy food for lunch or late lunch and sweets / icecream. Minimarket, pharmacyThe way to the Beach was lovely Go early or all sunbeds are taken! A bit expensive though specially for hotel residents ! Yakuza restaurant is excellent..The breakfast was good, due to COVID-19 situation, staff help you for the buffet and u don’t wait much, quick service. On the Main Street, u have a supermarket, many yummy restaurants, market shops..Overall it is a good place, not luxurious but it’s very good.

Poor value for money. this is in total max 4 star hotel but pricing is 5 star. Food was very disapointing and totally overpriced. no fresh juices in the morning or in the bar avaìlable. Covid hygene well organised. beautiful view. very long walk to beach. not enough sun beds on beach and pool. first come policy leads into early morning reservation hussle before 8.30am!! pirate ship is a marketing joke but no fun and attraction for children. every activity ie all children activities or yoga needs to be paid extra. we will not come again.

The property itself is stunning, clean, spacious and filled with beautiful pools and restaurants. All spaces have great staff. Ivan Sous who works at the pool bar was so helpful in recommending places to go, things to do in the area and overall made our days at the pool with him. Thank you Ivan you are wonderful!

Magnífico Hotel de Lujo en Albufeira con unas espectaculares instalaciones y con acceso directo a la Playa de Falesia con sus extraordinarios Farallones. Muy buenas piscinas, spa, gimnasio y excelentes restaurantes y un local de copas que da sobre los acantilados. Personal muy atento y servicial. Buena relación Calidad/Precio
