“My first time in a Radisson hotel and I think it will be my last one. They say that they are a 4-star hotel but I do not think so. Old room, tiny bathroom (I can touch both sides of the bathroom walls if I open my arms. Small towels were over the hairdryer because there are no more room for them). I asked for an extra pillow to sleep more comfortable and they said that they were fully booked and with lots of extra beds and they did not have more. The two stars are for the staff who were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could. It does not worth to pay the amount of money they ask for this service.”

“Rooms very small, but comfy enough. Shower was good and powerful but the shower curtain was a pain, keeps sticking to you, would be better to have a glass door. We had really warm weather during our stay, unfortunate that the rooms are only designed for cold weather... No aircon and quilt gets very hot at night although light weight. Staff a bit cold and not very effusive for English speaking guests. Do not freely volunteer advice,”
