“Its a lovely classic hotel with a lot of character. The collection rooms are very small but quite well layed out for their size. The breakfast and food were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the French toast. I also want to shout out the excellent reception staff in particular Tia, she was wonderful, warm and helpful with any issue.The poor comes in the form of management decisions to apparently do nothing for Radisson loyalty. Gold members are supposed to be offered upgrades(There was space available on my dates), receive a welcome gift/amenities and a 15% discount in the hotel restaurant. This hotel does not honour any of this and adding fuel to the fire the woman was plain rude about it when queried. Poor, if you can't even honour the little that radissons supposed best customers receive for their loyalty. Which begs the question - why even be a Radisson hotel? It seems they only want the name recognition without honouring their base. They do not replenish water after day 1. Cheap and poverty decision making. Management should rethink this approach or risk alienating their clients and harming the Radisson brand further. Es un encantador hotel clásico con mucho carácter. Las salas de recolección son muy pequeñas pero bastante bien distribuidas para su tamaño. El desayuno y la comida eran excelentes. Disfruté especialmente la tostada francesa. También quiero agradecer al excelente personal de recepción, en particular a Tia, fue maravillosa, cálida y servicial con cualquier problema.Lo malo viene en forma de decisiones gerenciales de aparentemente no hacer nada por la lealtad de Radisson. Se supone que a los miembros Gold se les ofrecerán mejoras (Había espacio disponible en mis fechas), recibirán un regalo de bienvenida/servicios y un 15 % de descuento en el restaurante del hotel. Pobre, si no puedes ni honrar lo poco que reciben los supuestos mejores clientes de radissons por su lealtad. Lo que plantea la pregunta: ¿por qué ser un hotel Radisson? Parece que solo quieren el reconocimiento del nombre sin honrar a su base. No reponen agua después del día 1. Toma de decisiones barata y pobre. La gerencia debería repensar este enfoque o correr el riesgo de alejar a sus clientes y dañar aún más la marca Radisson.”

“Awesome hotel. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The in house bar, restaurant and breakfast are all fantastic. Close taxi ride to all the good nightlife and things to do in Tirana. Incrível hotel. A equipe do hotel é simpática, prestativa e cortês. O bar da casa, restaurante e café da manhã são fantásticos. Perto de táxi para toda a boa vida noturna e coisas para fazer em Tirana.”
