Our team hosted a 3 day seminar at Rosewood Sand Hill. The location and staff (Sophia-Sale Manager & Patricia-Banquet Manager) met and blew away all our expectations. Aside from the amazing amenities- Lucid car, award-winning spa, the perfect meals, the views, etc...what stood out was the service. Not only were all our requests addressed immediately, professionally and courteously, the staff presented us with multiple options (some we didn't know we had!). A great part of the success of our program was thanks to the Rosewood staff. Thank you. Room was perfect. Loved the bathtub and salts.

I hosted Christmas lunch in the Lemon Room for 8 friends. The service from Andrea and her team was excellent. The food and wine were exquisite. Dawn Bancroft made the planning and menu choices clear, easy to make and accommodated all the various dietary needs of my guests. We had a long, leisurely lunch and everyone truly enjoyed the day.

Very good food. In the restaurant but also in the room service menu. Steak was very good and better than at the most restaurants nearby. My room was nice and spacious but the price performance is miserable. The hotel seems to be able to ask for these prices because of its history but in other parts of California or in Europe you pay a lot less for this room category

After spending two nights at Pinewood Sand Hill in San Francisco, I still can't get over how fantastic the hotel is. Service was amazing, location is convenient and local to the airport, 40 minutes into the city. Rooms were spacious, clean and top quality. Looking around the hotel - I peeked into their meeting rooms and again, great rooms with private terraces to each room. They take pride in their product. I will be going back soon. Thank you.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful gardens. Rooms are extremely comfortable, the food is excellent, great spa and all the hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating. What absolutely blew my mind is that you can just 'borrow' a car if you want to drive anywhere... free of charge! That is service on another level!
