“Our group had a great time and this hotel did an awesome job. We booked a block of rooms with sales and Jennifer gave us the best rate for an all suite hotel in North Austin. When we checked in there was a young lady named Meron who was excellent. They just renovated the hotel and it looks really good. The Front Desk staff allowed our group to use the meeting room for a game night at no extra charge and we appreciate the hospitality. Thank You to everybody SpringHill”

“If there ever was a time for a new hotel to take over it's now. We checked in late. I had to go back to the front desk and ask for toilet paper, towels, etc. There was trash under and on the pull out sofa, finger prints all over the mirrors, and food or something on the front of the furniture. I'm not sure if housekeeping was let go during covid, but Marriott should consider this problem. I could have gone to many different hotels. Please value your customers like you used to or someone else will do it for you.”
