“I just can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff that makes it wonderful. My family visited Indy for a very important meeting and celebration. The staff surprised us with an over the top, wonderful celebration gift! I have never, in my 53 years, been treated so well at any hotel. Above and beyond just begins to describe our stay. Thank you to the staff for making our stay the cherry on top of our trip!”

“The valets are top notch. Very personable, friendly and extremely accommodating. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. A bit dated, but overall comfy. The fact that they charge for the breakfast buffet that would be free at most other hotels as ridiculous. If it's going to be a buffet, make it better than what you can get at any other hotel anywhere else. Nothing new, nothing exciting and the staff in the breakfast area was extremely rude. Off putting and overall unpleasant. I've worked in food service for a long time. Won't eat there again.”
