I don’t know how this hotel has bad review but even you can see the bad intentions... brand new, beds are so comfortable, the room has everything you can expect in a long stay hotel! I love the attention from the girl and even the boys works at the front desk. See you soon!

We had a hispanic woman at the front, unfortunately did not get her name (Black hair w/streaks of red & glasses). We asked her for new batteries for our non-working remote. She came in with an attitude & tried to left the room before fixing the problem. In addition, we were late checking out (we didn't know 11am was checkout) but she came in our room & demanded for us to leave... even after telling her we would leave after we got dressed & would pay the $25 late fee. Her customer service with us was terrible, we expected better as Newlyweds in the Military.

Hotel novo... Ainda falta alguns utensílios de cozinha.. Internet ..o hotel é excelente , mas a recepcionista que nos atendeu qdo chegamos dia 17/10 as 14hrs faltou com cordialidade, o que melhorou muito na troca de turno.

Excelente ubicación y precio, la habitación es muy cómoda, ideal para estadías largas. El personal es muy amable y atento, gracias a Leo por atendernos.

I really needed a place to go and I was on a budget while we waited for our place to finish being renovated. They are very very accommodating. They also have perfect amenities for babies. They had a crib and all the toiletries we need ready for us. I would definitely recommend. 10/10

Mejor imposible! Quedé encantada con absolutamente todo el hotel, todos está en perfecto estado y perfectamente acomodado, gran sensación de paz y armonía, el personal es encantador, tuve la dicha de conocer a Leo y fue muy atento en todo, 100% recomendado.

La mejor opción de la zona, un excelente precio, todos los equipos están en muy buen estado, hay cocina phero sin utensilios, la atención es espectacular, en mi caso me atendió Leo y fue muy amable.

Es un gran hotel, la habitación está en muy buen estado, tiene cocina pero es raro que no posea utensilios imagino que por tema covid, del resto todo excelente a muy buen precio, la atención fue muy buena, gracias a Leo por atendernos de gran manera.

When I first went there it was cool the staff was very nice. Then when I returned back a few months ago the staff was very rude. I had my bank to call them to verify that they had given me a refund the staff was rude to the person from my bank. I don't know what happened...My daughter was bit up and when I went to show them they act as if it was nothing and continued on being rude. I was lied on and couldn't extend my for some reason idk why.

We ended up with an overnight flight arrived in the early am. called Leon explained its early he understood normally check ins 3pm he let us check in at 9am. Clean hotel very nice staff and Leon was awesome would recommend to all friends traveling!! Very affordable pricing, comfy beds and nice water pressure for showers.

Baños se tapan mucho . y el elevador y las escaleras no son muy limpias . y el aire no funcionava bien avese asia una calor tremenda . pero lo demas esta bn.

Only with 0.25 you have to bring 0.25 because they don't have.

Instalações excelentes e ótima localização. Atendimento dos funcionários deixa muito a desejar e a limpeza poderia ser melhor realizada.

Bem localizado, fica á 5 minutos do Vineland, tem farmácia, mercado, tudo perto. Quarto bom, mas faltam utensílios de cozinha.

Hotel de ótima experiência! Um custo benefício entre, preço, localização( international drive proximo ao seaworld(3 quadras)), tudo de mobiliário muito novinho(inicioufuncionamento a apenas 4 meses), colchões sao ótimos, cozinha completa porém sem utensílios (podemos comprar tudo que precisamos na dollar tree e Ross com menos de 30 dolares) muito silencioso e tranquilo, estacionamento livre externo.

O alarme de incêndio disparou enquanto tomava banho Fomos surpreendidos com 2 pessoas abrindo a porta do quarto durante a madrugada. Não tem café da manhã.

O hotel em si é bem pratico ! Tem geladeira e microondas dentro do quarto.Os travesseiros são horríveis, se puder, traga o seu.Outro ponto: vc precisa pagar 10 dólares pra limparem seu quarto. Nem o lixo eles recolhem sem o pagamento.Você fica com o lixo cheio no quarto (porque usamos a geladeira e microondas, e produzimos lixo! Certo?)e ainda temos que pagar pra recolherem um simples lixo? Absurdo

For a brand new place they should be cleaner. Room it is dirty. Still smell like construction. The beds are super hard. You get what you pay. Everything still new. Attached Pictures of the room including how dirty tub with stains. By the way as the front desk said this is an extended stay place therefore don’t expect service like a hotel.
