“Cuando llegamos un poco después de las 5 am debido a horribles problemas con el coche, de lo que debería haber sido un viaje de 5,5 horas desde Ámsterdam a París, que terminó siendo 15 horas ... el personal fue nada menos que increíble. Anthony, que nos atendió, fue agradable y de gran ayuda. Más tarde ese día, después de nuestra siesta, Ester amablemente ayudó a ordenar nuestra habitación / tarifa. Durante nuestra estancia, Fiona en la recepción fue muy amable y servicial. Y el departamento de F&B fue maravilloso, desde Thibaut y Yoren hasta el servidor de la azotea que teníamos (olvidé preguntar su nombre nuevamente) ... todos fueron simplemente increíbles. ¡Y apreciamos absolutamente que todos quisieran a nuestro perro tanto (o casi ...) como nosotros! Dominique incluso se tomó un tiempo de su apretada agenda para ayudarnos a traducir con el conductor de la grúa y asegurarse de que todo estuviera arreglado para nosotros. He viajado bastante a lo largo de mi vida y NUNCA he tenido un personal de hotel que sea colectivamente tan amable y generoso como este personal. “Absolutely outstanding experience for the whole family!The hotel is brand new, with a beautiful art-deco themed design, and is located in a very upscale residential neighborhood just a few minutes' walk from the Trocadero metro station.The rooms are not very big, but creatively and efficiently designed, and some offer a partial view of the Eiffel Tower.For the full view of the tower make sure to book a table at the terrace and enjoy a cocktail or a dinner there.The best thing about the hotel, however, is its team.In my many years of business and private travel I have never come across such enthusiastic, friendly and professional team.Everyone, starting from the Chief Enthusiast (i.e. hotel director) Ms. Lorent and her Lead Welcome Enthusiast Ms. Barrios-Arshak, the hotel chef Mr. Kubarek and the head waiter Thibault (unfortunately do not have his last name) contributed to making our family stay truly unforgettable.The most memorable experience was the private baking class organized for our daughter by Mr. Kubarek on the suggestion of Barrios-Arshak - she absolutely loved it!Will be definitely coming back, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Paris, whether on business or for pleasure.”
