“There is no consideration for guests staying at the hotel. Is difficult to get sleep. One day calls about electrical problems from the staff to move you to a different hotel which there was no electrical problems just over booked. And another day loud noise with no considerations for guest. Started before 9 am waking up from banging noise coming from the roof of the hotel. Very unprofessional. At least do maintenance at or after 12 o'clock which is check-out times.”

“Our stay at the Harris palace hotel was not comfortable to say the least. There were many drawbacks and disappointments.
1. pool was the size of a paddling pool. Very small in size and shallow. Most days it had swimming lessons going on, and the little size it was, we were restricted to only remain in half the size of the pool which was even more frustrating.
2. Level 5 is the equivalent of a nightclub. It holds functions for occasions. There is no consideration for guests staying at the hotel. Music is blasting most nights and it is difficult to get sleep.
3. FOOD WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. If you are expecting decent, tasty food then AVOID this hotel at all costs. I have been to many hotels and even 3 star hotels served better food.”
