“Eu sou um membro diamante do Hilton e reservei uma estadia aqui na sexta-feira, 15 de abril, usando pontos. No sábado, verifiquei minha conta bancária e o hotel me cobrou $ 306 pela estadia depois que eu já havia pago pelo quarto com pontos. Quando liguei para a Hilton para contestar a cobrança, eles solicitaram que um gerente analisasse as cobranças, o que pode levar até 48 horas. Então eles teriam que processar um reembolso que eu receberia em 3 a 5 dias úteis. Alguns de nós mal estão conseguindo e essa cobrança me colocou no buraco a ponto de não conseguir comprar mantimentos. Seu erro descuidado me custou e agora não receberei um reembolso até que você o conserte. Nunca tive esse problema com nenhum outro Hilton. Junte-se a gestão”

“I am a Hilton diamond member and I booked a stay here on Friday April 15th using points. On Saturday I checked my bank account and the hotel charged me $306 for the stay after I had already paid for the room using points. When I called Hilton to dispute the charge, they put in a request for a manager to look at the charges which could take up to 48 hours. Then they would have to process a refund which I would receive in 3 to 5 business days. Some of us are barely making it and that charge put me in the hole to the point I couldn’t buy groceries. Your careless mistake cost me and now I won’t get a refund until you get around to it. I’ve never had this issue with any other Hilton. Get it together management”
