“They charged the rooms upon arrival. When they gave me the invoice upon check out I noticed they overcharged for one of the rooms. I pointed this out and they said they could adjust the invoice but won't refund the amount. As I tried to explain why the invoice has to match the credit card charge the receptionist kept rudely interrupting me. After I repeatedly asked him to let me finish, he finally listened and after I said it was a company credit card and business trip he all of a sudden was polite again, but still said they won't refund the overcharged amount.”

“The reception was very bad. I ordered food and. I wanted USD CHANGE HE DIDNT GIVE HE WAS MAD AND RUDE I IDIDNT LIKE IT THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN NO NAPKINS NO SOAP FOR HAND WASH NO TOWELS IN THE WASH ROOOM SO U CANT TAKE A SHOWER IN A 4 star hotel that’s very bad !!!”
