Our family said their staff was very helpful. Space was well laid out and large clean bathrooms. Ample parking. The bar is excellent as well and the bartenders know their jobs and want to please.. Over all a excellent experience. and easy to find and get too.

I stayed at the InterContinental Chicago Hotel for a Real Estate Conference. The location of the hotel is perfect if you’re trying to stay somewhere central in the City of Chicago. You are just minutes away from all the most popular activities and restaurants. A huge bonus is that there is a built in Starbucks downstairs, so I was able to order breakfast on my phone and go downstairs to pick it up. The hotel also has a really awesome bar downstairs with great bartender and an amazing atmosphere. Keep in mind, you are also able to take your drinks upstairs to your room, so don’t feel rushed to finish your beverage! The hotel room was very clean, the staff was incredibly nice, and the check in / check out process is really smooth. My room was ready around 11 am which was really nice because my flight arrived really early in the morning. I really enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Hotel and I would highly recommend for you to stay there as well if you’re planning on visiting The City of Chicago!

Beautiful InterContinental in a historic building. My favorite aspects of this hotel were the fitness center (huge) and the pool (breathtakingly beautiful). The hotel is located directly on the Magnificent Mile. Great dining, entertainment and shopping options are close. Our room was upgraded to an Executive King with sweeping views and plenty of space to stretch out. Valet service was speedy. Breakfast was okay - still has not recovered from pandemic since no buffet. Overall, very pleased with our stay in the Windy City.

Great location and a really nice hotel, but beware of their really strict cancellation policy. Our training in Chicago got canceled in July 2021 and they were adamant that I couldn't cancel my room even with nearly 7 days notice. To boot I'm Spire Elite with over 75 days in holiday inns this year. I ended up driving nearly 500 miles to spend a night in Chicago that I could have done without. The pizza at Uno was great though and Chicago is always fun. I'll really watch before I book this hotel again.

Where do I begin with this wonderful experience at an even better property? We were people from a mid-sized city trying to make it around a metropolis. The people in this hotel couldn't have been more helpful. The security guard Polo was outstanding and helped us get into the hotel from a rear entrance when we couldn't get my wheelchair up the steps from the back of the hotel to the main street level. He could have made us walk blocks to get to the main entrance, but he didn't. Front desk people were exceptionally courteous and the bellman was helpful about where to pick up snacks since the vending machines are not available due to Covid regulations in Illinois. Our room was fantastic. It was so clean and spacious. We took our pets as this is a pet friendly hotel and they were very accommodating. We will be making a return trip next month and have no doubts that we will be staying at this hotel again.

Absolutely gorgeous! Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Great, clean condition. The pool and fitness area were the most beautiful area I have ever seen at a hotel, like walking into a Grecian Bath house. Right in the middle of shopping on N Michigan Magnificent Mile and within walking distance to so much. Cannot go wrong with this hotel, cannot recommend enough.

Everything was perfect! I'm sure that our room was an upgrade, because the view of the city couldn't be beat. Malcolm at the desk and Will at the door were always friendly and accommodating (whether it was getting us a cab, or sending up more toiletries to the room). In fact, all staff were great! The art deco design, right down to the pool, gave us the feel of a luxury experience. With the location being so close to everything we wanted to see on Michigan Ave, we will definitely be back!

La ubicación del hotel es maravillosa, la atención del personal genial. Los cuartos bastante bien, aunque la regadera deja mucho que desear, pues está a una altura muy baja. Tiene una alberca interior maravillosa.
