“The hotel was a horrible choice. DO NOT WASTE MONEY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE ON HOLIDAY WITH YOUR FAMILY. The two men who worked at the front desk at the ibis styles Canberra Tall Trees were quite unwelcoming and rude. Our group thought it was appalling that they were so friendly to other visitors. We found it to be discriminatory, and I really hope no one else experiences this at this hotel. We could smell odour as we passed through the hallways and the rooms were filthy. The pillows had black stains on them, and the toilets were disgusting. When we complained, they did nothing. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY.

“The room was clean and fine for the price. The included wifi is shockingly bad — like, can’t browse websites kind of bad. Any video calls are out of the question. If you’re with Telstra the mobile coverage is bad too, so you can’t use data off your phone. If you plan to do any work on the internet, pick somewhere else.”
