Little dated. It's right off the highway so if road noise will be an issue sleeping for you, make sure to ask for a quiet room. They were very kind and moved me into a room on the opposite side of the hotel which was much quieter.

Pesimo Hotel CUIDADO ¡¡¡¡¡¡

Fiquei muito decepcionado com a minha estadia. I se hospedaram no hotel no passado e foi muito satisfeitos pouco esta estadia não foi boa. O bar e restaurante estiveram fechados durante toda a estadia, bem como nenhum serviço de quarto oferecido. Eu não fui reconhecido como um membro do hilton honors e fui informado de que nenhuma garrafa de água estava disponível até o recebimento da "remessa". Não vou ficar aqui no futuro, o que é muito triste, pois venho a Austin com frequência.

Verificamos na noite de Ação de Graças. Havia uma pessoa, Becky, no check-in, trabalhando sozinha. Ela foi muito gentil e acolhedora em um momento em que havia várias pessoas fazendo check-in ou fazendo perguntas na recepção. Gostaríamos de ter tido serviço de alimentação, mas não estava disponível por ser o Dia de Ação de Graças. Quando solicitamos um reembolso total, só estamos aqui há uma hora e iremos para outro lugar que o gerente disse que não, você será cobrado uma noite e você ainda pode ir. Nunca vi Dori, o gerente desta propriedade. Somos membros do programa de recompensas, então todas as minhas estadas foram documentadas. Was very disappointed with my stay. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was very satisfied bit this stay was not good. The bar and restaurant were closed the whole stay as well as no room service offered. I was not acknowledged as a hilton honors member and was told that no bottled water was available until the got a "shipment" in. Will not be staying here in the future which is very sad as i.come to Austin frequently.

We checked in Thanksgiving evening. There was one person, Becky, at check-in, working by herself. She was very gracious and welcoming at a time when there were quite a few people checking in or asking questions at the front desk. We would have liked to have had food service, but it wasn't available because of it being Thanksgiving. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location to Texas Longhorn football stadium was awesome.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last six months or more. I know how much I pay to stay here. When we checked in at first they told us our reservation was canceled. The manager seemed nice like she was making it right. She was still going to find us rooms to stay in. Then when it was time to pay and I quote “324 ma’am and you can insert your card.” My mom was paying for our rooms. So then the manger rings up the next room and again “324 ma’am and insert your card.” When we get to our room my mom was worried cause she didn’t get a receipt. She pulls up her bank and they charged her card 1624.00! Yes you read that right! When we requested a full refund cause we have only been here an hour and we will go somewhere else the manager was like no you will be charged one night and you can still go. I have not ever seen Dori the manager on this property. We are rewards member so all of my stays have been documented. I’m going to cooperate with the matter and by the way our bank reversed the charge! I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS HILTON! It is unfortunate cause we are moving here next week and this is where I encourage all our family to stay while visiting. So yes Dori I got my money back and you need to find yourself a new career. You are running this place in ground where it has been enjoyable place for us many night just turned into our nightmare!

Ficar estava bem. Não super limpo para Doubletree Hilton. Imediatamente, quando fui para a cama, fui mordido, havia uma bola de chiclete deixada de um visitante anterior na mesa de cabeceira. O hotel em geral era bom e seguro. O pessoal da manhã é muito melhor do que o pessoal da noite. No momento do check-in não foram fornecidos quaisquer detalhes das instalações do hotel.

Quarto limpo, camas confortáveis. A equipe foi respeitosa e prestativa. É um pouco barulhento estar perto da rodovia, mas é fácil chegar ao centro. e O estacionamento é um pouco caro e em dias de jogos de futebol, o estacionamento está lotado e custa mais para estacionar, mesmo como um hóspede do hotel.

Stay was okay. Not super clean for Doubletree Hilton. Immediately when I got into bed I got bit, there was a gum ball left from a previous visitor on the night stand. The hotel overall was nice and felt safe. Morning staff way better than evening staff. At check-in I was not provided any details of the hotel facilities.

Clean room, comfy beds. Staff was respectful and helpful. It is a little loud being right near the highway but easy to get downtown. and Parking is a bit pricey and on football game days, the parking lot is packed and it costs more to park even as a hotel guest.

A arrumação foi muito respeitosa, agradável e não intrusiva. Eu definitivamente me senti em casa! Sinceramente, nunca me senti tão bem-vinda a um lugar antes! The housekeeping was very respectful, nice and non-intrusive. I definitely felt at home! I never felt so welcomed to a place before honestly! The front desk always assisted me to their full potential on anything I needed. I am only writing this review because Jennifer, one of the front desk employees, gave excellent service and hospitality. She deserves a raise!
