This hotel did not honor the cancellation I made thorugh the Hilton Website and charged me for a three day stay that I never made.The front desk fraudulently checked me in on their own even though I was not at the hotel.I would think twice before making a reservation here. Very disappointed. I went over budget this month to try and do something nice for my wife. Instead, I left wishing I'd saved my money. I spent more on this hotel because Hampton inns are usually nice, but now I'm bitter and upset because I wish we'd just stayed home.The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling. The air conditioning didn't work well, so our room was hot and hard to sleep in. I'm writing this review at 3 AM because the people across the hall from us keep slamming their door. The only reason why I didn't give it 1 star is because I guess it could be worse. I spent a lot of money on a room just to be left tired and disgruntled... Muito desapontado. The three stars were because we were put into a pet friendly room. (Door tag noticed way after checkin) We were not notified prior. The housekeeping department must be very good because I am highly allergic to cats and did not have a reaction. As três estrelas foram porque fomos colocados em um quarto que aceita animais de estimação. (Etiqueta da porta notada após o check-in) Não fomos notificados antes. O departamento de limpeza deve ser muito bom porque sou muito alérgico a gatos e não tive reação.

Completely clogged bath very dirty yellow colored water backed up within a minute of showering , very over priced , pool was closed down would strongly recommend the hotels located in Brunswick about 30 min south as an alternative. Extremely high crime rate area unbelievable they where going to charge 260$ a night. Then the counter person decided to call us liars when all we wanted was proof of refund when we left an hour after coming. There is food options around the hotel, some walkable and others drivable.Pool area was very clean and the pool was lovely in the evening. Exercise area is on the small size.We would definitely stay here again when in the area. El personal era muy amable y las habitaciones estaban limpias. El desayuno de la mañana era decente y nos proporcionó suficiente sustento. Staff was great. Hotel is dirty. Carpet stained. Bed coverings dirty. Hampton inns are our go to stay when we travel and this is the first one we have stayed in that was so overall dirty. When we checked into our room early this morning, about 130am, we quickly realized it was already occupied…. By roaches. We saw 3 within the 2 minutes we were on the room. That’s was more than enough for us. We immediately left the room and went to the front desk. The concierge could not care any less. Offered no resolution. No apologies. Nothing. Barely even spoke to us other than to say the hotel was sold out for the night. No empathy for a family with a small child. It’s obviously not his fault the hotel is disgusting but geez. We spent the next hour and a half trying to find another place to stay. I reached out to the GM of this location and did not get a response. We ended up at a best western premier and they were great. Quando entramos em nosso quarto esta manhã, por volta das 130h, percebemos rapidamente que já estava ocupado…. Por baratas. Vimos 3 nos 2 minutos em que estávamos no quarto. Isso foi mais do que suficiente para nós. Saímos imediatamente do quarto e fomos até a recepção. O porteiro não poderia se importar menos. Não ofereceu nenhuma resolução. Sem desculpas. Nada. Mal falou conosco, a não ser para dizer que o hotel estava esgotado para a noite. Nenhuma empatia por uma família com uma criança pequena.
