The front desk man that greeted us was super sweet and helpful but, there are a few reasons for the one star review, the BIGGEST reason being the hotel room itself. The pictures online are NOT like the way they are in real life, don't waste your money here. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, the waiter we had was terrible, never even came back to our table, the bartenders were okay, looked like they hated working there. We went back to our room and finally pulled back the sheets just to see there was HAIR all over the bed and pillows. Super upsetting I had someone bring us clean sheets to put on the bed. The manager only wanted to comp our parking and I said that's crazy to AT LEAST comp the dinner which by the way was not worth $65, no apologies from the manager or a single word to us for the dirty bed. Worst hotel I've stayed at, look else where and save your money!!!!

This hotel is clean comfortable and upgraded. All staff I’ve interacted with are kind and cordial. I wish I had time to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities. I’m here for a conference at the convention center - the attached bridge is brilliant and makes my life so easy.

Fue terrible para iniciar la reservaque ya me habían cobrado, ellos decían que no estaba, se supone que mi reserva tenía desayuno incluido pues para mi sorpresa solo me dieron un vale por 25 dlls pero el desayuno para dos personas costaba 55 dlls en su restaurante taco project donde los meseros son nefastos no atienden, no tienen un distintivo, y de los alimentos ni hablar pésimos, por lo que decir que está incluido es una mentira, pedimos agua y nos dijeron que ahí estaba el Starbucks que ahí podíamos comprarla, para sorpresa al día siguiente cuando regresamos por la Noche 8:31 nuestra habitación seguía sucia y cuando pregunte,la explicación fue qué hay poco personal y si quieres que te la limpien debes avisar, cómo es posible ???? Como hotel tienen la obligación de limpiar las habitaciones, de otro modo cómo justificar los más de 437dlls plus taxes que cobran por habitacióny para rematar cobran el estacionamiento de 40 dlls por noche, no te hospedes aquí, te llevarás una gran decepción y te sentirás robado,muy alto el costo para no recibir los servicios mínimos de un hotel,de su cadena! Muy malo

Minha irmã e eu tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no Hilton! Ótima localização na cidade. Quarto era muito limpo. As camas eram super confortáveis e limpas. Medidas de segurança estavam em vigor, como chave de cartão necessária para operar os elevadores, portão fechado para a garagem e a polícia monitorava o hotel periodicamente. As bebidas da piscina eram um pouco caras e a água da piscina poderia ter sido um pouco mais clara/limpa. No geral, nós apreciamos a nossa estadia e voltaria novamente!

We stayed here on the night of The Eagles concert. Valet was a bit crowded but we were promptly taken care of. Check in was quick and easy. Our room had such a beautiful view. It was nice and clean. No issues whatsoever. We had a great stay and look forward to going back!

This location while great for being close to the convention center, is not the ideal place for nice dining nearby, it's a drive to get to better spots. This is the first I've traveled in over two years. It was difficult to get bottled water, Starbucks on campus was a real disappointment, no food to speak of, no bottled water and I do not know if anyone could speak English fluently. The in hotel gift shop is not part of the hotel, can't charge to room, extra trip to get credit card. Be prepared to be disappointed from how things use to be.

My sister and I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton! Great location in the city. Room was very clean. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Safety measures were in place such as card key needed to operate the elevators, closed gate to the parking garage and police monitored the hotel periodically. Pool drinks were a bit pricey and pool water could have been a little clearer/cleaner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

O hotel é lindo. A localização é perfeita. O Starbucks é muito conveniente. A equipe é outro nível. Fiquei doente durante a minha estadia e a recepção organizou proativamente um passeio de cadeira de rodas e verificou minha segurança. Este é exatamente o tipo de serviço que vai me trazer de volta!

This place is always busy, but well kept. There was a middle school girl's volleyball tournament with something like 2000+ participants staying here so the lobby/elevator transit was ultra annoying. Protip: Ask if there are any group conventions staying at the hotel before booking. Great views of downtown and really close to all kinds of food. Really big empty grass lot right across the hotel drive is great to let your pet use the restroom. Six lobby elevators are very fast. Small rooms but everything you need. Shower was roomy with great pressure, high head was nice for tall folks.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect. The Starbucks is very convenient. The staff are a whole other level. I got sick during my stay and the front desk proactively organized a wheelchair ride and checked on my safety. This is exactly the kind of service that will bring me back!

Two stars for the view. This was definitely the weirdest hotel stay I've ever had. Upon arrival, the room we requested was not ready yet (it was after 3PM). We were offered a different room on a different floor which was fine.The first night, two security officers came to our room for talking too loud? Apparently the room next door complained. Instead of front desk calling our room to tell us to keep it down, they sent security? The officers looked embarrassed and said they knew we were not partying or anything (no tv or music on) but that the walls were really thin and someone had reported it. Okay, weird but maybe understandable.On the day we were to check out, housekeeping knocked and then proceeded to enter our room at around 8-9AM. I was under the assumption there was no housekeeping unless requested? She quickly backed out when she saw we were still sleeping.We then tried to shower, wash our face, etc but there was no water. I called down to the front desk and was told the water was shut off for maintenance. No one had informed us of this the day prior.When we went to check out the concierge was extremely apologetic. He said he would refund us a partial refund for the trouble of the no water. I did not ask for this, he offered it. He called me on my cell phone a couple of times after we left about this refund and told me that it had been taken care of via the third party site I had booked the room. When I didn't see the charge back or any communication more than a week later, out of curiosity I reached out to the site I booked from and they said they couldn't refund me after contacting the hotel because they said there had been no incidents during our stay. What?Not worth the trouble to fight this, but wow. Just wanted to share our experience. The skyline view was awesome though.

We booked it because it had a spa. The spa hasn't been open in a year, and the hot tub was out of order our entire trip. Other than that, everything was fine. It was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, just an ordinary hotel. The gym was very nice.

No fui al hotel a dormir sino fui con amigos a el restaurante mexicano a come tacos. El servicio fue estupendo y la comida maravillosa. Yo se que tienen bastante anotaciones, más o menos 15 pisos pero no se cuantas en realidad.
