“We booked it because it had a spa. The spa hasn't been open in a year, and the hot tub was out of order our entire trip. Other than that, everything was fine. It was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, just an ordinary hotel. The gym was very nice.”

“The front desk man that greeted us was super sweet and helpful but, there are a few reasons for the one star review, the BIGGEST reason being the hotel room itself. The pictures online are NOT like the way they are in real life, don't waste your money here. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, the waiter we had was terrible, never even came back to our table, the bartenders were okay, looked like they hated working there. We went back to our room and finally pulled back the sheets just to see there was HAIR all over the bed and pillows. Super upsetting I had someone bring us clean sheets to put on the bed. The manager only wanted to comp our parking and I said that's crazy to AT LEAST comp the dinner which by the way was not worth $65, no apologies from the manager or a single word to us for the dirty bed. Worst hotel I've stayed at, look else where and save your money!!!!”
