“Recepción.- Muy bien, personal atento y diligente. Limpieza.- Muy bien, tanto en habitaciones como en instalaciones de uso general. Comedor.- Personal muy bien, atentos y diligentes. Comida.- Bien. Abundante aunque algo repetitivos los menús. Instalaciones.- Suficientes y bien cuidadas. Tiene aparcamiento privado y vigilado 24 horas para los clientes del hotel. Recomendable por su proximidad a playa (a 20 metros frente al hotel)y centros de ocio y comerciales.”

“Impressions and summary after 9 nights:
-Quality of food and Beverages: cheap/ miserable
-Restoration of hotel complex overdue
-Long queue at the bar: 15-20 min waiting time. Only one of two bars is open - Why not open the second bar? Especially in time of Covid a measure to relief somehow gatherings of people.
-Hotel staff not the kindest: guests experience the feeling of getting brushed off (reception) and orders at the bar are perceived as annoying
-guests are charged for even small services: changing towels, safe in hotel room, parking place etc…
Conclusion: All Inclusive in a 4 Star Hotel works differently… I do not recommend this place.”
