NH palácio de Tepa é o melhor hotel de Madrid, vou aí desde o início há 10 anos. O staff são top, todos simpáticos e prestáveis. Resolvem todos os problemas Q tenhamos, uma enorme ajuda. Restaurante e serviço mt bom.

Muito bem situado, perto de tudo, com excelentes opções para fazer refeições. De realçar o excelente atendimento, sempre preocupados com o bem estar dos hóspedes e com uma enorme disponibilidade para ajudar em qualquer situação! Um dos funcionários da recepção foi excepcional, muito prestativo, cedeu um mapa da cidade, indicando detalhadamente os sítios a visitar, obrigado Sr. Rúben! Graças a ele conhecemos grande parte da cidade em dois dias! O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso, 5* em todos os serviços.

Thanks much to the staff. Very welcoming, helpful and pleasant, most especially to Monica Torres for taking care of our needs. Room was clean and spacious. Location in the center of Madrid. Highly recommend.

Parece mentira el pedazo de nivel y lujo que esconden los hoteles de Madrid. Uno de los mejores ejemplos en lo más céntrico y turístico de la capital. Integrado en la arquitectura original, discreto con un servicio inmejorable en trato y profesionalidad dispuestos a ayudarte seas quien seas y vengas a lo que vengas.

It's worth staying but we did have one hiccup.First, the good... Excellent location, good service and everything we wanted to see was walkable.Even the train station was less than a 20-minute walk.The room was also nice and clean.Also, (not good or bad, just a fact) there is a live music club next door.You will hear the music in most rooms until almost midnight.Tough for early birds/light sleepers.Why only 4 stars you ask?We made the reservation through American Express Fine hotels which comes with a $100 hotel credit.We ate at the INDOOR hotel restaurant one night and the bill was about $80.That credited just fine.Another night we ate at the OUTDOOR restaurant that is, in fact, on the hotel's website.No dice on using the last $20 of the credit.The explanation: The OUTDOOR restaurant "isn't really part of the hotel."I pointed out that it's featured on the hotel's website and got the same answer.I then suggested they remove a restaurant that "isn't really part of the hotel" from the hotel's website and got a puzzled look.Full and fair disclosure, the outdoor restaurant not being eligible for hotel credits is in the fine print but I typically don't spend vacations reading fine print.Rant over.

Amazing hotel, in a very convenient location. Very easy walk to the Gran Via, Royal Palace, and both major art museums in Madrid. Great views from the room as well, amazing breakfast buffet, and nice affordable wines at the bar. For our train on the day of checkout, they arranged a taxi to the station that showed up promptly. Great experience staying here. If I had one negative, it would be that there’s a restaurant or bar nearby that plays music fairly loud from about 10-11:30PM, you can hear it even with earplugs in. Did not bother me much, but if you need to sleep early and noise bothers you a lot, it’s something to be aware of.

Paramos en este espectacular hotel atraídos por su ubicación y por el edificio que ocupa. Nos gusta conocer los lugares de nuestra ciudad más atractivos para tomarnos un té, café o cerveza. En esta ocasión he de destacar la belleza del edificio, la tranquilidad en medio de la bulliciosa zona de la Plaza de Santa Ana y, por encima de todo, la atención del camarero, Nacho, que, a pesar de no estar alojados, nos buscó el mejor rincón para disfrutar del té, el café y las torrijas del chef que parecían hechas por mi madre.

Solo estuvimos 1 noche, pero basto para sentirse más que en casa. GRACIAS LAURA, Guest Relations por todo!!! Sin dudas una excelente profesional. El desayuno, siempre a la altura de lo esperado en NH! El hotel es una maravilla en todos sus aspectos. Lobby, Habitaciones, Pasillos, etc. Todo limpio y en orden.

Fantastic Hotel - quarto fabuloso e funcionários super simpáticos e eficientes. As boas-vindas calorosas com bebida fresca eram muito necessárias depois que nosso embarque no aeroporto deu errado! O quarto mais incrível e cama enorme confortável! Café-da-manhã foi excelente e encantador rostos sorridentes ajudando e fazendo você se sentir muito especial. Concierge também foi ótimo. Nós amamos este hotel e tão feliz que estávamos passando esterco 3 noites aqui bem no centro. Decoração e conforto soberbos.

Hotel muy bonito y perfectamente situado en el centro histórico de Madrid. Habitación amplia y correcta. A destacar, por encima de todo, la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, tanto en recepción como en el servicio de desayunos, siempre pendientes de cualquier necesidad que pueda surgir. First night was great. Second night terrible! Hotel is non-smoking yet not enforced. A nearby guest was allowed to smoke all night and the smoke traveled through all the vents. Blocking vents did not help. Front desk offered to move rooms at 2am, which would have been a huge inconvenience and wouldn’t have resolved the smoke traveling throughout the hotel. Now ill from breathing second hand smoke all night.

This was a great experience. The hotel is central and walking distance to so many things in Madrid. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with check in and keeping our needs met at every turn. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Hotel - fabulous room and super friendly and efficient staff. Warm welcome with cool drink was much needed after our airport pickup went wrong! The most amazing room and comfortable huge bed! Breakfast was outstanding and lovely smiling faces helping and making you feel very special. Concierge was also great. We loved this hotel and so glad we were spending dung 3 nights here right in the centre. Decor and comfort superb.

Hotel muy bonito, todas las habitaciones son diferentes. No pongo 5 estrellas xq nos alojamos en la primera planta y las ventanas no aíslan lo suficiente acústicamente, y al ser una zona muy transitada de noche, te pueden llegar a despertar. Yo sustituiría las carpinterías de madera por pvc con vidrios acústicos respetando la decoración, lógicamente. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el centro de Madrid, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios principales. Personal muy atento, desayuno bufet y carta. Para repetir! Gracias!

The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located right in the city center across San Sebastian Catholic Church. The only negative is the menu but there are loads of restaurants right outside of the hotel.

This hotel is absolutely incredible, from the rooms to the excellent staff that works there. Stop searching and just book here. The location is great, very near the city center. From my very first interaction of calling to book my reservation, the person over the phone who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful! The staff went above and beyond in services and hospitality. All of the people that work there are so professional, polite, and friendly above all else! I had the BEST experience here, my room was gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel!! Book it!!!
