“Had an amazing holiday. The hotel is great and located in an amazing area. The only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is because some of the staff are pretty rude! Would have been amazing if the hotel can acknowledge this and perhaps train their staff members to be a bit more happier and more welcoming.”
