“Este hotel foi absolutamente incrível! Se você gosta de história, arquitetura e / ou design, este é definitivamente o lugar para ficar. Nós ficamos no 23º (último) andar e as vistas do lago eram de tirar o fôlego! Esta localização também é excelente porque há muitas lojas, atrações turísticas e restaurantes a uma curta caminhada.Certifique-se de olhar para os artefatos históricos no lobby e confira o Art Hall, que está repleto de arte colorida incrível. (Além disso, um lugar perfeito para tirar fotos!) Embora tenha sido fechado, o andar do Ballroom também tem alguns locais para fotos incríveis.”

“Terrible experience, but they did the right thing by comping our room; thus I am giving them two stars instead of one. We will find another hotel for our next stay in Chicago. We stayed at The Blackstone last night and stayed in room 616. This room is directly across from the the gym entrance (a lot of opening and closing of the door to the adjacent room) AND directly above their wedding reception venue. We returned to our room from a concert at 11:15 PM and found that we were directly above a wedding reception. We called the front desk because the music from the wedding was incredibly LOUD in our room. The front desk apologized, but said they were completely booked and unable to move us to a new room. We were told that we would have to wait until the wedding reception ended at 12:30 AM for the music to stop and for us to be able to go to sleep. To their credit, it did stop promptly at 12:30 AM, but we would have preferred to be able to go to bed much earlier since we were exhausted from travel and a concert during the day. As I said, after putting up quite a fight about not being moved they offered my wife 50% off our stay, but eventually after further conversation agreed to comp our room for the night.”
