Realmente tivemos uma ótima estadia neste hotel histórico e se não fosse pela falta de qualquer tipo de serviço de limpeza, o teríamos classificado com 5 estrelas. O próprio hotel e nosso quarto era muito limpo. Tivemos um rei de canto que forneceu muito espaço. O check-in foi suave. Há muitos restaurantes nas proximidades ou você pode caminhar até a principal área de compras na Michigan Ave, que fica a menos de 1,6 km. Navy Pier está mais perto de 2 milhas (talvez mais), mas muito percorrida.Nossa única reclamação - ficamos três noites neste hotel e solicitou limpeza leve duas vezes na recepção. Queríamos toalhas limpas e talvez mais sabonete e loção para as mãos. Eles não chegaram ao quarto nenhuma vez e a única maneira de conseguirmos é parando na recepção. Honestly one of the worst experiences of a hotel for this price.Had to change rooms twice, Had gunk in the shower, Rooms reeked of tobacco, Weird sized and claustrophobic rooms, Absolutely terrible pillows, Super tacky decor (I've never once seen a hotel look like something went to a antique and then a target and just got one of everything.) There is literally a painted rock, with a sticker on it marketing the hotel your in. Buddha heads outside the main entrance, of a historical Chicago hotel... Why? The housekeeping left trash on the floor, not my trash, but trash they created by using products in my room while I was gone. Rude check-in staff Etc...The only Saving grace is that the management tried very hard to solve issues that I had. There are some very nice workers who give it there all and tried very hard to accommodate and fix these issues. But it's just not worth it.I wish I never came to this hotel, and I would actively advise others to stay away as well.

We really had a great stay at this historic hotel and if it wasn’t for the lack of any sort of housekeeping we would have rated it 5 stars. The hotel itself and our room was very clean. We had a corner king which provided plenty of room. Check in was smooth. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby or you could walk to the main shopping area on Michigan Ave which was less than 1 mile. Navy Pier is closer to 2 miles (maybe further) but very walkable. Our only complaint - we stayed three nights at this hotel and requested light housekeeping twice from the front desk. We wanted fresh towels and maybe more hand soap and lotion. They didn’t make it to the room once and the only way we got it is if we stopped by the front desk. Relatively minor but paying $200/night it’s something I expected to be fairly standard but it didn’t ruin our stay. We’ll return to Chicago and when we do very likely stay at the hotel again. Great location for exploring the city and close to the train.

Our 18th floor Lake view room was very nice. Great historic location. Night shades kept out ALL of the light! Great sweeping view from Soldier Field to Navy Pier. Loud, screaming cars and motorcycles were a nuisance but that's not the Blackstone's fault. Not a mega hotel- no lines. Good size.

Hotel realmente lindo. Todo lugar é simplesmente lindo. Nosso quarto era limpo, bem detalhado, e a área do banheiro era incrível - era quase tão grande quanto o próprio quarto. É à direita em frente ao Grant Park, portanto, está a uma curta distância de quase tudo o que você deseja ver nessa parte da cidade. Para tornar o estacionamento realmente fácil, apenas um quarteirão atrás do hotel há um estacionamento que acabamos de usar no fim de semana por um preço muito barato. Really beautiful hotel. Everywhere is just gorgeous. Our room was clean, well-detailed, and the bathroom area was just amazing - was almost as big as the bedroom itself. Its right across from Grant Park so its within walking distance of just about everything you want to see in that part of town. To make parking really easy, just down a block behind the hotel is a parking lot we just used for the weekend for a really cheap rate as well. Ended up just walking everywhere! Would definitely stay here again!

Quarto foi remodelado muito bom. Tivemos um quarto 2210, que tem realmente uma bela vista do lago vale muito mais do que o que pagamos. Excelente localização permite fácil acesso a tudo. The most amazing hotel we stayed at in Chicago. High end, beds were super comfortable, hotel room was sanitized very well and very clean, and can’t beat the views that we had for our room. So lucky! The interior is impeccable and were well decorated. The bathroom had toiletries supplied and enough towels to use. Felt like world class! Will stay again when we visit Chicago. I heart you The Blackstone!

Room has been remodeled pretty nice. We had room 2210, which has really beautiful lake view worth way more than what we paid. Great location gives easy access to everything. The staff was so kind and friendly. They voluntarily took care of our foster dog for hours and declined tips. Best hotel to stay in Chicago downtown.

LOVE LOVE LOVED this hotel!!!!! One of the best places I have stayed at on a whim. The staff was super friendly. The lobby and rooms were clean. The decor was old world elegant with a touch of modern. The restaurant/bar on site was sheik. Easy to get to from the airport. I will definitely will stay here again. No questions asked.

Este hotel foi absolutamente incrível! Se você gosta de história, arquitetura e / ou design, este é definitivamente o lugar para ficar. Nós ficamos no 23º (último) andar e as vistas do lago eram de tirar o fôlego! This hotel was absolutely amazing! If you're into history, architecture, and/or design, this is definitely the place to stay. We stayed on the 23rd (top) floor and the views of the lake were breathtaking! This location is also great because there are many shops, tourist attractions, and restaurants within walking distance.Be sure to look at the historical artifacts in the lobby and check out the Art Hall which is filled with amazing, colorful art. (Also, a perfect place to take photos!) Although it was closed, the Ballroom floor has a few locations for awesome photo ops as well.

Luxurious details within the lobby for the aesthetic. Staff was very friendly and I was fortunate to book on the weekend that the full staff (bellhops included) were back. The restaurant was cute and the location was a very easy walk to the fountain. Other than that, I was not in the room very much. I had a room on the 22nd floor with a lake view and it was beautiful. The bathroom was very clean but the TV within my mirror did not work as promised. The staff was also courteous enough to deliver a microwave to my room with no hesitation.

Nice hotel com equipe prestativa e experiente. O restaurante é ótimo também. Certifique-se de adicionar US $ 100 / noite à sua taxa de quarto esperado (US $ 25 em impostos estaduais / locais e US $ 75 para estacionamento). Há uma garagem no final do quarteirão que oferece estacionamento muito mais barato. Os quartos eram limpos e modernos. Lugar elegante para ficar. É um prédio mais antigo quase escondido na esquina da South Michigan Are com a East Balbo Dr.. É sofisticado e valeremos o dinheiro. O lobby é impressionante e o bar e restaurante são simplesmente fantásticos. A equipe é extremamente amigável e rápida. Preciso de um cobertor e um pente e ambos chegaram à minha porta em poucos minutos. Um dos hotéis mais bonitos em que já me hospedei e o mais limpo que já vi. Com telhas de pedra na metade da área do quarto e um carpete que parece ser relativamente novo. Devo dizer que fiquei positivamente surpreso. Voltaremos e recomendaremos este lugar aos nossos amigos.

Este hotel pousa no meu top 5!Elegante, luxuoso, limpo, sofisticado e basicamente se sentindo como um milhão de dólares no momento em que você entra.A equipe foi incrivelmente amistosa e atenciosa. Pensativo sobre todos os pequenos detalhes e garante que você não fique com perguntas.O toque de mármore nos quartos é muito bom e definitivamente faz as vibrações. As camas eram muito confortáveis e os travesseiros eram de qualidade. This hotel is a sleeper pick. It’s a little of the path on south Michigan Avenue but this place is truly a gem! The lobby is incredibly detailed, and there’s a lot of historical and architectural significance to the hotel. Many US presidents have stayed here in the presidential suite which is super cool. The rooms were incredibly unique, updated, and detailed; very romantic in my opinion.

Stayed for a conference that was taking place at the hotel. Rooms were bright, spacious and modern, something you don't always find in the older historical downtown buildings. The ballroom is beautiful and the team did an amazing job at changing the space daily to meet the needs of the function. Food was great in the Mercat restaurant. Didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but they all seemed friendly and welcoming.

Ótimo hotel. É um dos mais interessantes de Chicago no circuito sul. Tem acesso conveniente às linhas de trem e também fica perto da magnífica Mile e das lojas na State Street. A festa mais interessante é a decoração de interiores e o histórico fundo do salão de baile e do hotel. Se você gosta de decoração artística e arranjo pensativo de tendências estéticas, este é definitivamente o hotel para você. fica perto do Palmer House, que é outro hotel interessante que tem uma piscina apesar de sua idade entre os dois no entanto, eu escolheria o Black Stone Hotel. Também ... eles me deixaram o check-in cedo, isso realmente me permitiu tirar o máximo proveito do meu primeiro dia em Chicago.

Great hotel. It is one of Chicago's most interesting in the South loop. It has convenient access to the train lines and it's also near the magnificent Mile and the shopping on State Street. The most interesting party the interior decoration and historic background of the ballroom lobby and the hotel. If you like artistic decoration and thoughtful arrangement of aesthetic tendencies, this is definitely the hotel for you. it is near the Palmer House which is another interesting hotel which has a swimming pool despite its old age between the two however I would choose the Black Stone Hotel. Also... they let me check-in early such really allowed me to make the most out of my first day in Chicago.

I stayed there a few weeks ago and I'm still reeling about how amazing this stay was. Chad upgraded us to the sky suite for my wife's 40th birthday weekend and it. was. amazing. Completely unexpected and a pure dream of a weekend. The weather outside was frightful, but the weekend was purely delightful.Michael was an excellent host to us and was able to show me some of the other suites.

Loved this hotel. I love all of the Marriott Autograph collections, as they are very trendy unique hotels with a history.The staff was extremely friendly and my room upgrade was awesome!The 1600 club served a great breakfast!This hotel is located right off michigan ave., and is only a few miles from famous shopping and restaurants. This property sits right across from the lake and Buckingham fountain.

Every part of my stay here was wonderful. Beautiful room, spectacular views, and professional, courteous service. The Blackstone is full of history and charm, with great attention to detail. Several great Chicago landmarks are an easy walk from the hotel. Mercat a la Planxa (in house restaurant)has mind blowing plates. I've fallen in love with this place, and can't wait to go back. ❤

I had a wonderful stay here in early December 2019! The front desk staff was very helpful with everything we needed from directions to food suggestions. The Doormen were instantly helpful and walking into the lobby is a Gatsby moment. Exceptional workout centers are a rare moment in any of my travels but this one is notable including chilled towels. Who does that?? This team. Enjoy your stay!

Terrible experience, but they did the right thing by comping our room; thus I am giving them two stars instead of one. We will find another hotel for our next stay in Chicago. We stayed at The Blackstone last night and stayed in room 616. This room is directly across from the the gym entrance (a lot of opening and closing of the door to the adjacent room) AND directly above their wedding reception venue. We returned to our room from a concert at 11:15 PM and found that we were directly above a wedding reception. We called the front desk because the music from the wedding was incredibly LOUD in our room. The front desk apologized, but said they were completely booked and unable to move us to a new room. We were told that we would have to wait until the wedding reception ended at 12:30 AM for the music to stop and for us to be able to go to sleep. To their credit, it did stop promptly at 12:30 AM, but we would have preferred to be able to go to bed much earlier since we were exhausted from travel and a concert during the day. As I said, after putting up quite a fight about not being moved they offered my wife 50% off our stay, but eventually after further conversation agreed to comp our room for the night.

Elegant place to stay. It's an older building almost hiding at the corner of South Michigan Are and East Balbo Dr. It is upscale and we'll worth the money. The lobby is stunning and the bar and restaurant are just fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and quick. I need a blanket and a comb and both were at my door within a few minutes. One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in and the cleanest I have seen. With stone tiles half into the bedroom area and a carpet that appears to be fairly new . I must say I was very positively surprised. We will come back and recommend this place to our friends.

As a weekly traveler who gets to experience about 2-3 hotels a week. This hotel lands in my top 5!Elegant, luxurious, clean, upscale and basically feeling like a million bucks the moment you walk in.Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thoughtful about all the small details and makes sure you aren't left with questions.The marble touch in the rooms is really nice and definitely makes the vibes. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were quality. Just to give you an idea, I overslept and arrived late for work the next day.Overall, it is an expensive hotel - and you get what you pay for. Valet overnight is 75$ which is a bit steep, but I guess that's how it is when you're downtown Chicago.Thank you for everything and hoping to come back soon!

Nice hotel with helpful and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant is great, too. Be sure to add $100/night to your expected room rate ($25 in state/local taxes and $75 for parking).There's a garage down the block that offers much cheaper parking. The rooms were clean and modern. Expect to be woken up by emergency services as you are near a main thoroughfare.Everything considered, I'd go back.
