“Honestamente, a experiência mais HORRÍVEL que já tive. Não vai recomendar ninguém para vir aqui. Fomos forçados a ficar aqui porque nosso hotel inicial ficou lotado e eles nos disseram que estamos "atualizando" você para este hotel. O hotel inicial que eu tinha reservado era uma cama king size, com uma cama extra para nossos hóspedes com geladeira, microondas, etc. Já que eu e meu marido estamos em uma dieta bastante rigorosa. O segundo era um solteirão minúsculo sem geladeira, sem microondas, literalmente estava SUJO. Fui para a cama e havia manchas sob a coberta. A unidade / ventilador do quarto cheirava HORRÍVEL quando ligado, sem ventilador no banheiro. Ah, a melhor parte? A cada 30m, alguém vinha sacudir a maçaneta da nossa porta. Então tivemos que barricar a porta antes de tentarmos dormir. Disse a recepção sobre isso e eles olharam para nós como se estivéssemos loucos. Não desperdice seu timr ou dinheiro aqui.”

“Me quedé con puntos. Digital registrado en 1004. Obtuve 1001. Sábanas y sofá manchados, paredes desgastadas y una hermosa vista del estacionamiento. Nos trasladaron al 1014 a la vista de la fiesta de personas sin hogar, no es su culpa, lo entiendo. Cama y sofá más limpios, pero quien haya retocado esas paredes necesita algunas lecciones de pintura. Simplemente no me sentí como el hotel más limpio que no ayuda durante una pandemia. Con todo, si hubiera pagado el precio completo, podría tener un ataque. Sin embargo, el servicio al cliente fue excelente. Todos fueron realmente amables.”
