This beach resort is set in the Riviera Maya, a short 20-minute drive from the international airport and 35 minutes from Cancun. Most importantly the splendid venue is set right on the sandy strip, where guests can laze around all day and enjoy the wonderful weather. The hotel architecture captures the essence of the Mayan culture with wide open spaces, paths adorned with fountains, surrounded by jungle, mangrove swamps and exotic gardens. All of this makes its facilities and services even more satisfying. There is an outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar, ideal for that endless stream of refreshing drinks. “Fel free to feel judged everytime. Ask for a drink and watch how the bar tender or manager ask you if you're suitable to have one more drink. Feel observed hoy you ask for one more beer at the bar and expect to be called by the management to preach about your behavior last night. Last issue I had was that I ordered room service at 1 am asking for a gin and tonic and they sent a manager in order to tell me that that was not suitable because of something about wellness sh... I don't care! I want a drink at 1 am and that's entirely why you're here about! Of course, they ask for tips and service as they're enough. Never again. Never. At the end, I decided to finish my trip 2 days earlier than scheduled If you're looking for nice and fun vacation, consider going to anywhere else.”

O bom é que o hotel tem comida incrível, é tranquilo e o serviço é incrível. O ruim, a praia estava suja, principalmente o terreno ao lado do hotel, com muito plástico e outros lixos. Eles deveriam cuidar dessas coisas para um lugar tão caro. Temos que cuidar do meio ambiente!

Como alguém pode dar a este resort uma classificação de cinco estrelas. Será que não conseguiram sentir o cheiro do gás de esgoto na entrada principal? Nossa estadia de duas semanas foi o inferno de férias. É um antigo resort com uma reforma muito necessária, a mobília é velha e a praia quebrada tem apenas algumas espreguiçadeiras que estão tão sujas que você não conseguiria sentar nelas. O serviço é péssimo nos restaurantes, esquecendo-se dos pedidos, não verificando você durante as refeições, etc. As moscas estão por toda parte e picam. Este é vendido como um resort ultra luxuoso, o topo da linha amr, em resumo, é um motel 6. A administração precisa fazer um trabalho melhor no treinamento e na entrega de um produto de qualidade. Este não é um resort para você, se você estiver procurando por QUALQUER entretenimento, música, boa bebida ou qualidade no lounge ou serviço do quarto. A academia é bem básica, com poucos equipamentos e cheia de insetos. Acertar e perder no serviço de toalhas.Deve ser o pior resort que já estivemos. Venha desperdiçar seu dinheiro

Este é um resort antigo e desgastado que precisa de uma reforma total. Isso define feio. Passamos 14 dias miseráveis aqui, serviço de má qualidade (mas funcionários simpáticos) quarto básico e lençóis e toalhas. As espreguiçadeiras da piscina estão quebradas e gastas e bem passarão seu nobre, sem música de qualquer tipo, um bar muito básico, a academia é terrível com o mínimo de equipamentos quebrados e muitas moscas. Este é um lugar para ir se você tiver mais de 80 anos e na cama às sete. Se não fosse pela comida, eu daria um 0. A comida é excelente, mas o menu nunca muda, então você se cansa disso depois de uma semana. Se você tem alguma vida, se quiser um resort de qualidade, não venha aqui. É o pior resort em que já me hospedei.

O resort é um pequeno tipo boutique. O pessoal do hotel estava bem. Os garçons não foram tão úteis. O lobbyist & concierge staff were nice. Cada vez que pedíamos serviço de quarto, que era de 3 dias de nossa estadia de 5 dias que incluía café da manhã e jantar, a comida sempre chegava fria. A comida também foi racionada proporcionalmente. Quando liguei para reclamar com o gerente do restaurante sobre a comida fria, ele não tentou consertar ou acomodar. Além disso, o aplicativo AMR é conveniente, mas tem um defeito. O serviço de lavanderia afirma que “as roupas recebidas de segunda a sexta serão devolvidas em 24 horas”, mas quando tentamos usá-las na segunda de manhã, eles nos disseram que devíamos devolver em 72 horas ou US $ 7 por roupa para agilizar o serviço. Isso foi muito enganador. O licor estava muito diluído. Compramos uma garrafa de don Julio e meu marido bebeu metade dela e não tinha um único zumbido. Isso foi além de ter 4 bebidas adicionais ao longo da noite. Eu recomendo comprar bebidas no aeroporto ou loja de bebidas. O resort é limpo e desinfetado. Gostamos muito do serviço de limpeza diário. Em geral, meu marido e eu não vou estar de volta. É um NÃO para nós.

The resort is a small boutique type. The hotel staff was okay. The waiters were not that helpful. The lobbyist & concierge staff were nice. Every time we ordered room service, which was 3 days out of our 5 day stay that included breakfast & dinner, the food always arrived cold. The food was also rationed in proportion. When I called to complain to the restaurant manager about the cold food, he didn’t try to fix it or accommodate. Also the AMR app is convenient but has a fault to it. The laundry service states “clothes received Monday-Friday will be returned in 24 hours” but when we tried to use it Monday morning, they told us 72hr return or $7 per clothing for expedite service. This was very misleading. The liquor was very much watered down. We purchased a bottle of don Julio and my husband drunk half of it and didn’t have a single buzz. That was on top of having 4 additional drinks throughout the evening. I recommend purchasing liquor from the airport or liquor store. The resort is clean and sanitize. We enjoyed the daily housekeeping service. Overall my husband and I will not be back. It’s a NO for us.

How can anyone give this resort a five star rating. Maybe the couldn’t smell the sewer gas at the main entrance? Our two week stay was the vacation from hell. It’s an old resort witha much needed makeover furniture is old and broken beach has only a few lounge chairs that are so dirty you would not sit in them. Service is terrible at the restaurants, forgetting orders not checking on you during meals etc. Flies are everywhere and they bite. This is sold as an ultra luxury resort the top of the amr line in short it’s a motel 6. Management has to do a better job on training and delivering a quality product. This is not a resort for u if u r looking for ANY entertainment or music or good liquor or quality in room lounge or service. The gym is very basic with little equipment and full of insects. Hit and miss on towel service .It has to be the worst resort we have ever been . Come waste your money

This is an old worn out resort in need of a total make over . It defines ugly. We spent 14 miserable days here, poor service( but friendly staff) basic room and sheets and towels. The pool lounge chairs are broken worn out and well pass their prime, no music of any kind a very basic bar, the gym is terrible with minimal broken equipment and lots of flies. This is a place to go if ur 80+ and in bed by seven. If it wasn’t for the food I would give it a 0. The food is excellent but the menu never changes so u get tired of it after a week. If u have any life in you, any you want a quality resort don’t come here. It’s the worst resort I have ever stayed at.

Se você está procurando uma cena de festa selvagem, este provavelmente não é o seu resort, mas se você está procurando por um aniversário ou lua de mel tranquilo e romântico, este é o seu lugar!Toda a equipe fala inglês muito bem, e eles foram muito úteis no planejamento de excursões.A localização do resort é excelente! Perto do aeroporto (apenas cerca de 30 minutos de carro) e perto de muitas atracções, incluindo Xcaret.A praia era bem mantida, mas havia muitas algas marinhas durante a nossa estadia .. não nos afetou muito porque passamos a maior parte da nossa estadia na piscina!

El lugar es bonito pero ya esta viejo y descuidado. Antes se distinguía por el buen servicio pero con la pandemia se les vino a bajo , en esta ocasión malísimo el servicio . Ya solo se la pasan cazando la propina . Al llegar nadie te atiende pero ya que ven que das propina todo cambia . Super molesto los mosquitos les urge fumigar , en la playa es imposible quedarse . Mucho mejor opción los secrets . Estuvimos en la suite ghana , le urge mantenimiento y pintura . La caja fuerte se reporto 5 ocasión y sigue sin funcionar y con un pitido muy latoso.

This property is a hidden gem and very unique in many ways . Check in was a breeze , the room is oversized , however, it’s a bit outdated. Front desk will assist with Covid Testing for your safe return to your destination. The restaurants offers multiple health conscious items and they are articulate about the presentation. If you are looking for buffet style , processed food , this place is not for you .They focus on the quality and spot on . We never had to wait no more than 5 -10 mins for our food , not sure about other negative reviews but it’s untrue . The staffs work extra hard to accommodate all guests , so give them credit and always tip . A dollar or two goes a long way . Also , whether you tip them your spare change or not , service is the same so another untrue negative statements from other reviewers.Would definitely return to Z soon .

El lugar agradable, buena ubicación pero ya se ve en la estructura del hotel algo viejo y descuidado. El servicio bien a secas (hay excepciones que tienen excelente disposición de atender). La comida muy buena pero falta más variedad de platillos. En la playa falta atención, mucho mosquito cuando no sopla el viento, mejorar la limpieza en los camastros, sobretodo los alrededores del hotel, hay lugares con olores desagradables y falta de limpieza, así como el muelle está muy descuidado. Estuvimos en la suite Nairobi, la chapa diariamente fallaba y teníamos que estar solicitando asistencia continuamente para que nos abrieran la puerta de nuestra suite. Por el momento considero mejor opción algún hotel Secrets de la misma cadena...

My wife and I just got back from a 4 night stay at Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita, 10/12/21 - 10/16/21. The weather was great this time of year, temps between 72 and 86. The staff was super nice and attentive. The accommodations were roomy and comfortable (loved the bed!). The beach is nice but not good for snorkeling - a short excursion fixed that for us. Every meal was a la carte and fabulous! Bring tip money. USD singles and fives are fine but the registration desk will provide an exchange to pesos. Tips are not openly encouraged but they're definitively appreciated and will make your stay that much better (tables at meals, beach/pool lounge chairs, golf cart rides to your room late at night, etc.). This is a low-key resort with emphasis on spa services, food quality and facilities. We experienced no loud music, no pool parties, a couples retreat more than a family resort with kids' activities.

Excellent relaxing resort! Food and customer service are outstanding! Quiet and peaceful, great for a romantic vacation! If you are looking for a wild party scene this is probably not your resort, but if you are looking to have a quiet and romantic anniversary or honeymoon this is your spot! The entire staff speaks English very well, and they were very helpful planning excursions. The location of the resort is excellent! Close to the airport (only about a 30 minute drive) and close to many great attractions including Xcaret. The beach was well maintained, but there was quite a lot of seaweed during our stay.. didn’t affect us much because we spent most of our stay by the pool!

We carefully researched many all-inclusive resorts in Mexico before choosing this Zoetry location. We were particularly attracted to its emphasis on relaxation and wellness as opposed to other themes. We stayed in the Impressions Club 1 bedroom suite which had a private plunge pool and butler service included. If you come - DEFINITELY splurge on this side. It will be an experience of a lifetime. We actually had two butlers: Fernanda and Fernando (no relation). They were AMAZINGLY attentive, warm, kind, and helpful. They treated us like family and by the end we were so sad to say goodbye. The food was top notch at each restaurant, even the casual ones. The Dragons restaurant is particularly stunning with dishes like Peking duck carved tableside. (Shout out to Rodrigo!) The bars had great cocktails and even if not on the menu, the bartenders have all the skills and ingredients to make what you want. By the time we left, many of them learned what a mezcal negroni is! Simply enjoying the grounds, pool, and many relaxing lounges both in and outside was magic. We enjoyed some spa treatments also (massage and guided hydrotherapy). The fitness center is modest compares to a Planet Fitness etc so be sure to plan on other varieties of exercise on the trip. We enjoyed the fitness center for weight training but made swimming our main cardio workout. They also offer individual or group fitness activities. It was fun to simply walk or run the grounds with the sights and sounds of nature all around you. There is also a membership program you can join. The sales team we worked with (Carlos, Athena, Conner and Emilio) professionally (and very patiently!!) answered our countless questions. We also felt no pressure at all as to whether we should sign up or not. They all operated from a desire to make their guests happy and get the most out of their experiences at any of their resorts. Rather than simply pitching a sale, they listened very carefully and offered perks based on how we like to travel. Do yourself a favor - stop reading this and book an Impressions Club suite. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and full of wonderful memories (and your phone might also be full of beautiful photos)!

This is a resort for those looking to relax all day with minimum distractions as there are no activities at the resort either in the morning or at night.The resort is small, but has lots of greens and nice views.Restaurant and bar services are very weak and takes for ever to get anything. Even ordering a bottle of water at the restaurant or pool side took at least 30 mins. On average ordering food took 45 mins. So you have to waste a lot of time waiting.It seems staff are very used to get tips and they just wont do anything unless you tip them well. If you don’t tip once, then you wont get any service and you get ignored. (I have never had the same experience in other resorts or hotels and I do tip).Overall would not recommend. It does not worth the price.

Alejandra was our wedding coordinator and she took great care of every detail to make sure our day was special.The staff including Filipe Fernandez, Enrique, Jose, Jorge at pool and Alberto, and so many more were incredibly accommodating and made us feel so welcome.The food was amazing, and although the portions were gourmet...also known as fancy and small, we simply ordered more dishes, giving us the opportunity to taste more of their delicious meals.The beach crew kept the seaweed off the beaches every day, making for a nice walk along them.I would only ask that they bring on more water sports to the resort, there were none. We also wanted to go snorkeling, but they said they needed 2 more people (Unless we paid for two more), so that was a bust.Other than that, the time and memories made there will last us a lifetime.

Fatal. Pésima comida y poca, mal alojamiento en la "suite cardenal" con ruido de una bomba de agua toda la noche. Le quitaron el charm que tenían sus antigüas habitaciones. Huelen las almohadas y se acumula el zargazo en la orilla de la playa, despidiendo mal olor. Lo ÚNICO BUENO es el esfuerzo y amabilidad del personal que hace lo posible por tratar de subsanar todas estas deficiencias y el Thalasso (Spa) que se salva del horror de lo demás.

DESDE MAL SERVICIO HASTA FALTA DE RESPETO Si bien no es aplicable a la totalidad del servicio, la desidia e incluso la falta de respeto por parte de algunos miembros (El sr. Edgar no nos dejó pedir postres tras dar un servicio malo, lento y poco profesional, porque había llegado la hora de cerrar el restaurante la canoa) , el poco interés y la tardanza u omisión de lo que te prometen desmerece las instalaciones y la ubicación del hotel, que lo convierten en una muy mala y cara opción para vuestras vacaciones. No volveré y por supuesto no lo recomendaré.

O melhor resort com tudo incluído em que já fiquei! Tivemos uma suíte de mordomo walk-out..tão vale a pena. Eu não me incomodaria com as suítes de impressão. Você tem todos os privilégios sem o preço. Bellman foi incrível. Eles te chamam de família e te tratam como se você fosse! Victor, nosso mordomo, estava em todos os lugares, garantindo que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos e um grande senso de humor. Rodrigo é o MELHOR garçom que eles têm. Vale a pena solicitá-lo. Compre uma garrafa de vinho de $ 60 dólares e você será tratado como um rei. A piscina de sal !!!!!! A comida era boa, mas ainda mais bonita de se olhar. Era o nosso aniversário e eles fizeram um grande alvoroço sobre isso..que eu amei! Nós voltaremos!!!! Obrigado a todos que tornaram essas férias incríveis e muito necessárias ❤

Este hotel não é definitivamente 5 estrelas como esperávamos. É perda de dinheiro gastar neste hotel “uma estrela”.No geral, o serviço de alimentação é definitivamente lento! Toda vez que pedimos comida e acabamos esperando todos os dias. Os garçons não foram profissionais quando solicitamos nosso pedido em detalhes. Serviço muito ruim. O menu de comida tem um menu limitado e mesmo todos os dias. Eles não têm reserva para o jantar .. é doloroso para nós esperar mais de uma hora para jantar. Além disso, temos apenas dois restaurantes. Um restaurante está aberto apenas para o jantarA piscina precisa ser limpa e alguns azulejos quebraram e machucaram os dedos dos pés. Guarda-chuva insuficiente para cobrir e alguns deles estão quebrados.Além disso, havia algumas manchas nos lençóis. As toalhas são velhas e desatualizadas.As bebidas não eram tão saborosas .. não fiquei impressionado.Temos muitos insetos na sala. Temos picadas de insetos.Cama não confortável definitivamente não é cinco estrelas !! A cama é tão alta que tenho dificuldade em subir na cama todas as noites!

Came here for Khutoryan wedding. I honestly do not know why this hotel was given so many good reviews. This was the most expensive place I’ve stayed at for vacation and the waiting service was poor. Drinks made my stomach hurt and I’m not a big drinker. We waited over an hour for food and then the food would be cold when they arrived. A waiter yelled at us one time for being ungrateful when we all had activities scheduled and we waited forever for food.The aesthetics of the place was nice but it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. I understand we are in a pandemic but it’s not worth the money. It is NOT a 5 star hotel.

The Best all Inclusive resort I ever stay at! We had a walk-out butler suite..so worth it. I wouldn't bother with the impression suites. You have all the privileges without the price. Bellman was awesome.They call you family and treat you as if you are! Victor our butler was everywhere making sure we had everything we needed and a great sense of humor. Rodrigo is the BEST waiter they have. It's worth requesting him. Buy a $60 dollar bottle of wine and you get treated like royalty.The salt pool!!!!!! Food was good but even more beautiful to look at. It was our Anniversary and they made a big hullabaloo about it..which I loved! We will be back!!!! Thank you everyone that made this an amazing, much needed Vacation ❤

This hotel is not definitely 5 stars as we expected. It is waste of money to spend on this “one star” hotel. Overall, the food service is definitely slow! Every time we ordered food and end up waiting for every single day. The waiters were not professional when we requested our order in details. Very poor service. The food menu has limited and same menu every day. They don’t have reservation for dinner.. it is painful for us to wait for more than a hour to have dinner. Also we have only two restaurants. One restaurant is open for only dinner Pool need to clean and some tiles in pool are broke that hurt our toes. Not enough umbrella to cover and some of umbrella are broken. Also, there were some stains on bed sheets. Towels are old too and outdated. Drinks were not that tasty.. not impressed. We have a lot of bugs in the room. We got bug bites. Not comfortable bed it definitely not five stars!! The bed is so high that I struggle to get on the bed every single night!

El servicio es bueno, pero deja mucho que desear. Debes esperar para que un mesero esté disponible para tomar tu orden, y esperar bastante para que tus alimentos sean servidos. Es all inclusive, pero las opciones de comida son limitadas. El roomservice termina a las 11pm. Las instalaciones son viejas y anticuadas, y se siente que el mantenimiento no es muy bueno, el hotel es bonito, pero se siente viejo y un poco descuidado.

UNA EXPERIENCIA PARA EL OLVIDO Hemos ido a diferentes hoteles de esta cadena y nos quedamos con muy buenas sensaciones lo cual hace que nuestra decepción con este hotel sé todavía más frustrante. Toman el COVID como pretexto para evitar la atención y servicio.Los tiempos de atención son eternos. Pocas opciones de bebida y comida premium. Creo que esta cadena ya no es opcion

El mejor lugar para relajarte y consentirte. Hay un ambiente de paz y tranquilidad en donde puedes estar en calma con la mejor atención. En la playa Pedro te consiente con bebidas y alimentos para que no dejes de disfrutar del mar. En el hippo's bar Alberto te sugiere bebidas según tus gustos durante todo el día y te da vasos bien servidos para dar menos vueltas. En todos los restaurantes la comida esDELICIOSA. El lugar, la comida y la increíble atención del personal en el restaurante Dragons hizo una cena de cumpleaños muy especial y memorable. Para consentirte un poco más tienes que ir al spa, Jesse es muy atenta y amable en el circuito de hidroterapia y las masajistas son fabulosas para dejar tu cuerpo relajado. Fernando mi concierge estuvo muy atento desde antes de mi llegada, nos esperaba con los brazos abiertos y me ayudo a organizar un desayuno al cuarto para festejar a mi pareja. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Fel free to feel judged everytime. Ask for a drink and watch how the bar tender or manager ask you if you're suitable to have one more drink. Feel observed hoy you ask for one more beer at the bar and expect to be called by the management to preach about your behavior last night. Last issue I had was that I ordered room service at 1 am asking for a gin and tonic and they sent a manager in order to tell me that that was not suitable because of something about wellness sh... I don't care! I want a drink at 1 am and that's entirely why you're here about! Of course, they ask for tips and service as they're enough. Never again. Never. At the end, I decided to finish my trip 2 days earlier than scheduled If you're looking for nice and fun vacation, consider going to anywhere else.

Service was impeccable. Umberto the waiter was phenomenal. Really all the employees were fastidious and amazing. Beach washed but not the resorts fault. They did their best to clean it up. We had a great stay.

We had our honeymoon here...BAD IDEA! Definitely a lesson learned. Staff was inconsistent in their service. They would offer to “get a manager” when they fail you in attempt to dissipate the situation, but we found that even more frustrating. Room service forgot some part of our order every time. It got to the point that they began to blame us for the way we ordered our food which we found extremely unprofessional.(We have a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle) They left food outside our door after cleaning our room and the animals got to it on 2 occasions. We were looking for relaxation so we enjoyed our time together. The beaches had a foul odor from the seaweed which trickled into our room. For the amount of money we spent, I just think that our money would have been well spent and appreciated at a different property. We found it extremely hard to believe that this was considered a 5 star hotel.
