“Minha esposa e eu reservamos um quarto para nossa noite de núpcias aqui. Pagamos e recebemos um número de confirmação. Quando chegamos lá, fomos informados de que eles não tinham quartos e precisávamos sair. Minha esposa ainda estava com seu vestido de noiva e véu e eu ainda estava de terno. O representante começou a gritar conosco, dizendo que não era culpa dele e que precisávamos ir embora. Nos chutou para o meio-fio. Tivemos que encontrar um hotel de última hora. Semanas depois, ainda não recebemos o reembolso e já entrei em contato com este hotel 3 vezes. NÃO FIQUE AQUI. Esta foi de longe a minha pior experiência de hotel.”

“My wife and I booked a room for our wedding night here. We paid and received a confirmation number. When we got there, we were told they didn't have any rooms and we needed to leave. My wife was still in her wedding dress and veil and I was still in my suit. The representative proceeded to yell at us, say it wasn't his fault and that we need to leave. Kicked us out to the curb. We had to find a last minute hotel. Weeks later, we still haven't gotten reimbursement and I have contacted this hotel 3 times already. DO NOT STAY HERE. This has been my worst hotel experience by far.”
