“My organization held our annual conference there this past week and I was very disappointed. The lobby and meeting areas were very impressive; however the rooms and customer service lacked greatly. Only one microwave per floor. Only one elevator worked most of the time. Items attached to the walls were not secure. The shower head had a huge uncovered hole in the wall. Breakfast should be included in the stay. Front desk staff had a very unbothered attitude when requesting assistance. Requested an ironing board on Monday evening and never received it before I checked out on Thursday. I put in the request twice.”

“Tivemos um grande momento neste hotel! Eu estava lá para uma conferência e o serviço de catering foi excelente. O hotel é limpo, meu quarto também. O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. Eu amo a área do lobby deste hotel, muito espaço para se esticar e uma variedade de lugares diferentes para trabalhar. A equipe foi muito atenciosa, educada e profissional. Eu definitivamente ficaria neste local novamente na próxima vez que estiver na cidade.O hotel está localizado muito perto de uma praça de compras com restaurantes. Isso o torna conveniente se você estiver procurando almoçar depois que o restaurante fechar. Há um Starbucks localizado dentro do hotel. Está disponível um serviço de transporte de/para o aeroporto a cada 30 minutos.”
