Rooms are remodeled nicely, but need some touch up and better cleaning in the bathrooms. Very high ceilings in rooms. Decent breakfast for grab and go. Valet parking team is quick and efficient. Nice location.

Loved our stay here. Everyone on staff was super welcoming and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Rooms were pretty standard, but our window looked out into a "light wall" that had lights on 24/7, and not outside. Odd design choice, we would have rather had no window in the room. We also found the lighting in the room to be pretty dim as well. Valet parking was prompt and friendly. Breakfast could get pretty crowded quickly and there wasn't a ton of available seating. The location of the hotel is close to all the major downtown locations and easily walkable.

It's been awhile since we have stayed in a hotel with great customer service, but we were so taken by the service here. The rooms were very clean. The kitchen in the room was very well put together and the utensils were nice and not thrown together as an afterthought as so many hotels are with included kitchens. The free breakfast was good! We requested a pack-n-play for our 18 mo old, and they had it to our room so quickly! They were so friendly and very helpful! What a welcoming change from the norm!

We definitely felt welcomed at the hotel every time we walked in. The front desk staff was very nice, and so was the valet staff. We were given tips on places to visit and where to eat, and I also felt that my car was taken care of in the valet service. The rooms were also clean and the breakfast was good. The staff at this hotel definitely made a weekend trip to Indianapolis more enjoyable.

really nice hotel, very central which made things easy! the pool and gym are pretty well kept and washer/dryer are very reasonably priced. the view outside my room's window was literally a wall within the hotel's bounds, which was a bit disappointing i guess, but in other rooms there's amazing views of the city. not a fan that you have to request the garbage's be emptied and beds be made as many other hotels do that automatically. the breakfast bar was decent as well, pretty standard, although i found the breakfast sandwiches (specifically the biscuit ones) really salty. stayed here for 4 days in early august with a very large group, and all the staff did a great job at accommodating us. everyone was pretty friendly.
