“We waited hours for our room.
They should hire more cleaning staff for high season. Furthermore, some kind of compensation or at least a 'sorry' would have made this a four star review.
Going to pick another hotel next time.”

“Friendly staff, good bed and mostly clean room but unfortunately there were couple of issues that made my stay less than perfect.
First of the check in procedure took forever, then after finally getting a room and enjoying all that Tampere has to offer I woke up early with my sinuses clogged. The reasons for the rude awakening were a construction work next door that had the machines going well before 8am Saturday and air vents that looked like they had not been cleaned up for months.”
