The hotel is beautiful. The bed sheets had a strong bad odor of detergent. Room had dust. As you can see in the pictures the shower had molds. The air-conditioning was VERY noisy.

O hotel é ótimo em questões de acomodações, salas de reuniões e etc. A cozinha serve opções bem saborosas tbm. Têm uma decoração bastante moderna e bonita.Só não dou 5 estrelas pq acho que faltou mais comunicação visual, por exemplo, para qual lado do elevador ir (morador/hóspede). Uma placa simbolizando que a recepção do hotel precisa subir as escadas rolantes e etc.

Hotel novo e confortável. Internet excelente. Boa área de trabalho no quarto. Restaurante muito bom. Atendimento na recepção pode melhorar muito. Boa opção na região, mas o atendimento faz com que outras opções ganhem a preferência.

2 stars only because the receptionist was top notch professional. Hotel is in an office building and feels like a hostel. Rooms are large but beds and pillows are of worst quality. Linen used up and scratchy. Impossible to sleep on unless you are dead tired as we are today after a 12 hr drive. No hand sanitizer in the room, no drinking water or coffee. No slippers or bathroabs not even a dental kit. So far this was the worst hotel we stayed at in Brazil and for the price of 680 reals its a rip off. If you do, by a mistake, book it then at least skip room service. Its not worth it even if you have to starve untill morning. Google mentions its as a 4 star hotel with 5 star rating. Its a total lie

Nice and modern hotel with specious rooms and good breakfast. There are hotels with better location but it is still close to city center and some nice places to eat.

One of the better NH's I've been to and definitely one of the better hotels in Brazil. Spacious, clean rooms. Not much to say. Can get loud when runway 15 is in use at the airport. Additional stuff like ironing board or iron are hard to get and often defective. Kind staff.

Comida muy buena.. dormitorio y baño con todo lo necesario .. wifi a todo tiempo .. lo mas excelente fue la atencion de la gente del servicio super atentos y eficientes. Super recomendado!!

Clean, friendly, with decent rooms and breakfast - sometimes they have communication issues to align what has been agreed with the client. But as I stayed about 70 nights there this year, it was maybe 7 times where this happened

Clean and neat hotel, really good breakfast. The check in desk is too small, so it got really hectic during the check in time (3pm) which affected the service quality of the staff. Other than that great!

Client experience could improve

From street to reception you need to take stairs or elevator. No one at ground level to help you with suitcases. There was personnel, no one offer. No cups in the breakfast to take away hot coffee...
