“Nice breakfast, clean and quiet rooms. Easy shuttle from and to Stansted Airport. It makes a good venue for conferences as it has big meeting rooms. I put 4 stars because I believe there is more room to improving staff’s customer service skills.”

“Not quite the typical 5 star experience, but considering it’s a 4* airport hotel my expectations were not disappointed.
The service was impeccable (Thankyou Antonino from Sicily), and the chicken fajita wrap was absolutely delicious - (Even at half past midnight)
Bed wasn’t amazing, but was comfortable enough. The gym wasn’t extensive but more than sufficient.
To be honest, I had lesser expectations... and Novotel definitely surpassed those. This is why I have given 5 stars. ;-)”
