“Some feedback from my recent stay.
Good points:
-beautiful rooms. bed is very comfortable, bathroom is great.
-great pool and beach
-great gym
-helpful and friendly staff
Some not so good points:
-Hotel doesn't take covid seriously. Many guests walking around maskless. Lifts packed with 10+ people and not wearing masks. Restaurant staff handling cutlery with no gloves and not wearing masks properly. The place is asking for an outbreak to occur.
-Not enough lifts. They are full a lot of the time and a round trip from room to lobby can take 20 mins. And I wasn't even staying in peak season.
-Not enough beds around the pool area
-Not enough staff on reception. Waiting time to be served was excessive. And it wasn't even peak season.
-kettle in the room wasnt working
-many tv channels in the room weren't working”

“Had a great lunch and afternoon tea at this resort. The pool areas is awesome and the beach lounge area serves a great club sandwich. We also enjoyed a fantastic afternoon tea and cake in the cafe in the foyer that overlooks the beach complete with a harpist. We weren’t staying at the hotel but were made to feel very welcome.”
