“Great place, great location, I would give it 5 stars, except we ran into multiple problems with reservations. We had to switch rooms two times. Once because of screwed up reservations, the other time our room was sprayed with a perfume that was overwhelming and gave my wife a headache. There was no ventilation to speak of and was still just as strong two hours later when we returned from shopping. They finally got us in a smaller room which we were very happy with.”

Um hotel encantador e bem localizado, com funcionários muito profissionais e dedicados. Eu fiquei duas vezes. A primeira vez foi incrível (excelente serviço de quarto, lareira, excelente massagem). O segundo foi apenas pesadelo (muito barulhento e com quase nenhum aquecimento). O café da manhã é muito bom. Certifique-se de que lhe é dado um quarto tranquilo e aquecido, se necessário.

Este hotel é a tranquilidade cercado pela agitação de Cusco, assim que você passar pelo túnel você se sentirá em casa! Saul foi incrivelmente atencioso, sempre parecia estar lá para nos cumprimentar e nos fazer sentir relaxados! A comida do restaurante (só experimentamos uma noite) também foi excelente - experimentamos o ceviche de truta e o ventre de porco. Nas manhãs em que tínhamos que sair cedo, eles nos empacotavam um bom café da manhã para ir. Recomendo!

This hotel is tranquility surrounded by the buzz of Cusco, once you step through the tunnel you feel like you’re at home! Saul was incredibly attentive, always seemed to be there to greet us and make us feel relaxed! The restaurant food (we only tried one evening) was also great - tried the trout ceviche and the pork belly. The mornings that we had to leave early, they packed us a nice breakfast to go. Would highly recommend!

Saul e Antonio nos deram o serviço mais incrível. Acho que nunca fui a lugar nenhum com seu tipo de serviço. Eles foram atenciosos e se certificaram de que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. Eles nos fizeram sentir em casa e eu recomendo este lugar. O lugar é lindo e conveniente, perto da praça. Eu definitivamente reservaria este lugar novamente, sem perguntas.

Saul and Antonio gave us the most amazing service. I don’t think I’ve ever gone anywhere with their kind of service. They were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel at home and I would highly recommend this place. The place is beautiful and convenient, near the plaza. I would definitely book this place again, no questions asked.

Esta foi a experiência mais fenomenal que eu poderia ter imaginado! Serviço foi além do nível de luxo em qualquer top hotel 5 estrelas ou spa. Não apenas você se sentiu em família, mas qualquer coisa, quero dizer, qualquer coisa em que você poderia ter pensado, já estava presente no seu quarto ou como parte do seu pacote. Tudo o que você precisava foi tratado com eficiência ridícula! A equipe foi além de calorosa e acolhedora. E ... AUTÊNTICO, dentro e fora.

This was the most Phenomenal experience I could have imagined! Service was beyond Luxury level at any top 5 star hotel or spa. Not only were you made to feel like family, but anything, I mean anything that you could have thought of, was already present in your room or as part of your package. Anything that you needed was addressed with ridiculous efficiency! The staff was beyond warm and welcoming. And...AUTHENTIC, in and out.

Excelente lugar para comer! La atención al cliente es buenísima, nos dieron una demostración de cómo se prepara el pisco. El precio es muy accesible y tiene una vista impresionante de Cusco. Muy recomendable

Hotel boutique muy cómodo y lindo, la habitación está muy bonita y cómoda. Muy limpio todo. La gente una maravilla, todos muy gentiles, nos han hecho sentir muy bien. Tiene una vista hermosa en la sala muy acogedora con la chimenea. La comida está muy rica! Volvería a este hotel sin dudar.

Cute boutique hotel. Finding it was a little hard, you need to go up the hill, then into an alley and then find the blue door on the left.But once you're inside, the view is amazing. The ceilings are high and the bedrooms are huge.

A very well located charming hotel with very professional and dedicated staff. I stayed twice. The first time was just awesome (excellent room service, fire place, excellent massage). The second one was just nightmare (very noisy and with almost no heating). The breakfast is very nice. Make sure you are given a quiet and heated room if needed.
